They are good in their response to maintenance requests and regularly scheduled house checks. And their house and patio cleaning is good. Recently, they were acquired by a larger company. As oftentimes happens, the acquiring company enacts substantial price increase. Pretty much all services went up in price. A couple months ago and without any notification, I noticed their monthly charge for pest control more than doubled. When I inquired as to the reason, the response was the new vendor fit better with Premier’s schedule. I am about ready to jump ship as a result of these price increases.
