Easily the worst service experience I’ve ever received in my life. I was waiting for help in the plumbing isle for over 40 minutes without anyone coming to help, and this is with the person in that department calling for help twice after I had to walk back to her and let her know that no one came. I have much, MUCH better things to do than to be ignored inside of a Lowe’s on a Saturday morning.

I love how the place the returns desk right near the store entrance, it makes for the fastest and easiest possible return. I don't have to trace to the store looking for customer service It's right there they allow you to put your stuff down on the counter even if you're not in front of the line. Plus you're not required of bringing the credit card that you purchased it on they have it on file Nice and easy thanks Lowe's.
