  George and his team at Expert Alarm did an incredible job installing our security systems for both our home and business. The camera quality is crystal clear, and the alarm systems were set up perfectly. They were on time, professional, and made sure everything was customized to what we needed. You can tell they take pride in their work and really care about their customers. I highly recommend Expert Alarm for any residential or commercial security needs. Top-notch service all around!

  Would not recommend! they don’t know their own system. Not professional in handling information about their own system and lack in communication. 2 months with the new Alarm system and still no progress in learning how to navigate it. Problems pop up and when requesting a technician, it takes a while to get a response from George or any one. and when I do, they don’t arrive at the scheduled time.

  I absolutely love Expert Alarm. They were kind, thoughtful, efficient, knowledgeable and most importantly honest. They did a very thorough job as they walked me through process that I couldn’t understand. The last very well known Alarm company I used faced the Ring doorbell so that every time somebody walked by on the street or a car passed by, I was notified. When I called to complain, they sent someone out to correct the issue but I was charged over an hundred dollars to correct their mistake. And this was not their only mistake. They were so large that they didn’t care about a single customer, they didn’t need me or respect my issues. Expert Alarm placed the cameras strategically the very first time and they service the cameras too. My last Alarm company was so very well known but I would wait hours on the phone to talk to anybody. Then they installed cameras that didn’t belong to their company so when I finished waiting for hours to talk to them, they would forward me to that company and I’ll have to wait for another hour to speak to them. Expert Alarm answers my calls promptly and addresses my every need. I thought using a well known National company was the way to go. However, now I clearly see that I made a huge mistake. I can’t recommend Expert Alarm enough! Please try them as you won’t be sorry.
