  We researched several alarm companies and Expert Alarm was above and beyond the best!!! Our self installed exterior cameras from SWANN stopped working. I contacted George Madain, the owner, to explain what happened and what I was hoping could be done to fix our problem. George actually listened to me and offered practical and affordable solutions. He ordered the parts that day and sent an outstanding technician, Alan, the next day. The installation went very smoothly - not only did the new system work perfectly, Alan made sure we (two technically challenged seniors) knew how to work the system on our TV monitor and taught us how to install and use the remote monitoring app on our phones (android & iPhone). During the technician’s visit we realized one of my exterior cameras was only showing black & white images. I mentioned I had an unused camera in my garage and asked if Alan could swap out the cameras. He said he could do that during the same appointment. Alan changed out the camera, pulled some new wire and positioned the camera perfectly. Working with Expert Alarm was truly a pleasant experience. What I liked best about Expert Alarm, especially George and Alan, is they truly know what they are doing (they really are experts able to work on existing as well as new security systems), they are customer focused (extremely professional, very personable, and respectful of the people and homes in which they are working), they are incredibly efficient (they are able to order products, schedule appointments and get fixes done quickly), they can adapt to unforeseen problems and additional customer requests and they are problem solvers with practical and affordable solutions. I recommend Expert Alarm without reservation. I put Expert Alarm into my contact list and have already told some friends and neighbors considering alarm systems about Expert Alarm.

  Well I can't share any details about their service after almost getting run off the road by one of their employees in their cars I can tell you that if their care for their customers is anything like the care for their fellow drivers I would advise you to stay far away from this company as they are hazardous and dangerous and show no compassion for other safety

  George and his team at Expert Alarm did an incredible job installing our security systems for both our home and business. The camera quality is crystal clear, and the alarm systems were set up perfectly. They were on time, professional, and made sure everything was customized to what we needed. You can tell they take pride in their work and really care about their customers. I highly recommend Expert Alarm for any residential or commercial security needs. Top-notch service all around!

  Would not recommend! they don’t know their own system. Not professional in handling information about their own system and lack in communication. 2 months with the new Alarm system and still no progress in learning how to navigate it. Problems pop up and when requesting a technician, it takes a while to get a response from George or any one. and when I do, they don’t arrive at the scheduled time.
