It wasn’t even his department. But some people still carry that old-school pride in doing a job right, and Ramiro is one of them. He stepped in, handled it without attitude, without excuses, and without that blank stare you get from people who stopped caring years ago. Just real help, from a real man who understood that sometimes a customer doesn’t need a policy manual—they need somebody willing to give a damn.

Rich the assistant manager and one of the employees if I’m not mistaken his name was Marlyn who were very nice and friendly helped us with the purchase with an ease I give 5 star to the staff for the best service and attitude even it was late Friday night. I filled up the gas tank before returning it and even kept the receipt, but they still claimed it wasn’t enough and charged me a fueling fee. Basically ended up paying for gas twice. Doesn’t seem accurate or fair—be careful and double-check everything.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
