Today is another day. I got tired of after 10 rings and I hear someone talking and pick up picking up and then they sent me to Back to the system of rings!. This is not Professional.. i’m 40 years experienced as Customer Service this is unheard of!! I get it you’re busy hard people to handle your business in customer Service! It is everything! That is how you bring the Customers back. People are spending their money. You need to hire people to answer your phones. My question had to do it with if you have any more of the product so I may have to see if HD has the product I need to buy more of what I bought! I was just trying to give you store a try I normally go to Home Depot. I’m forced to see if the competitor Home Depot . It’s a yes or no question that I have and you won’t answer your phone. Do you want my card, It makes you look real bad I don’t think I’m gonna repeat any purchases with you. Dissatisfied that I can’t speak to you any phone!

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
