Unprofessional and do not know how to work. This complaint is for the appliance manager and Sania, another manager. I am surprised how Lowe’s is still in business.
I purchased two closet doors and two vanities, and all four items were delivered damaged. The management team at Lowe’s is very incompetent. They picked up the items, and it has been 10 business days with no refund issued.
Quality control at Lowe’s is very bad. They do not check anything. The delivery system is terrible. No email, no call, no ETA. They dropped off the items in the rain without even placing them to the side so the rain would not damage them. They did not knock on the door either.
I will not purchase anything from Lowe’s again, regardless of the store. Poor quality and poor management.

All employees just walking around chilling. No one has any idea of any pick up order, zero communication. Delaying every order by at least 30-60 minutes, coming back with stupid excuses. This is how every Lowes store operates.

Returns made easy. Had to return 2 products I ordered online, one was shipped and the other was pick up in store. The only thing was, when I picked up the in-store item, it was never marked as picked-up so when I went to return it (due to finding a better item elsewhere), they were very surprised to find out I had the item. They marked it as picked up then processed the return. I will say Lowe's telephone customer service sucks, I had called in advance to make sure there would be no issues returning the item I received from another lowe's (shipped) and the male assisting was very rude from the very beginning.
