She has a condescending attitude, especially toward other arborists, acting as if the same certification alone makes her more qualified than anyone else in the City of L.A. Communication is poor, timelines are missed, and she uses the excuse of being “busy” to cover a lack of follow-through. When she thinks you need her, she doubles her rates. Completely unreasonable and not worth the cost or the hassle.
