Last week, my old Miele dishwasher finally gave up. I decided to go to WDC in Oxnard, where I met Aric. I explained that I needed a replacement and had the model number ready. When I asked him whether their installers were Miele-trained or certified, he said they were qualified. We also discussed the front panel—I have one from my old dishwasher, and it may fit. The whole transaction took only a few minutes, and it was a pleasant experience.

in my opinion and experience that last post was identical to what I was gonna say except it was a horrible, horrible, horrible experience they sent the wrong product out and they wanted to charge me a 25% restock charge even though they sent the wrong item. The manager is more concerned with restocking charges. He’s willing to lose thousands of dollars in business for a restocking charge that wasn’t even my fault.

I needed to replace my refrigerator that quit working and WDC in Oxnard is always my first choice for appliances. The experience from beginning to end couldn’t have been better. The staff that answer the phone are polite and helpful. Chanell was amazing and did everything in her power to help me find a refrigerator to fit my space with all the features I wanted. Chanell kept in contact with me to make sure everything was going according to plan and kept me updated onthe status of my order. Jesus made the delivery go perfectly. He and his coworker were very careful removing the old refrigerator. I was concerned that because the refrigerator was heavy it might scratch my wood floors. Jesus cheerfully used a shipping pad and plastic runners to protect my floors. Minutes after the installation I got a call asking me how the delivery was! Thank you Chanell and all your employees for top notch customer service!!

BEWARE!!
Bought a new lg fridge on a Monday it was delivered on Tuesday. Wednesday I contacted wdc because I believe it has a problem with airflow.
They told me that if I was wrong I would have to pay for the service call. I agreed that if I was wrong I would pay for the call. They talked to other people that worked there, they looked up manual, they turned me every which way. Pretty much told me they would not send out a tech. Finally agreed to send a tech but they wouldn’t be able to send one until next week.
(The guy I talked to earlier said he wouldn’t be able to get a tech out until tomorrow ) she only told me next week because she was angry. I have never had so many problems trying to get a tech out to look at an appliance before.
If you purchase an appliance from them, hope that there is no problems with it because customer service is non existent once you purchase and walk out the door. They got what they wanted (your money) and there done.
Wish I could give them 0 stars. I will purchase my appliance’s from now on from someone that has good customer service. They have none
