- VVVictor VApr 29, 20261.0Its been 2 times already to where Lowes sends the wrong appliance to my home. I am trying to call to see if they have a different item to switch for the wrong item with but they dont answer phones. I hope their customer service improves. Until then, its just another basic big box store with mid prices. I’ve tried calling twice already (got hung up in the first time at 8 mins in) and tried calling again a second time but still no answer at 11:30 mins or ringing.

Not safe, not advisable, not best practices. I left the merch on the counter and walked out. I will never go to Lowes in California again. Go to Home Depot, Ace, anywhere but here. No wonder people call it "Blowes".

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
