By the end of the day, I still hadn’t gotten any update that it was packed or ready, so I went to the store to check on it. When I showed them my order on my phone, the staff initially said they “didn’t see it” and didn’t offer any help or next steps. Only after I pushed did they finally look it up on the computer and check for the items. At that point they marked the items as “can’t find” and told me the only option was a refund because the items were no longer in stock. I tried to resolve it by finding a the same item in-store but in a different and asked if they could honor the original price. To which they said no. Overall, it felt like my original items were sold despite my order being placed, and there was basically zero initiative from the staff to help fix the situation. Danny and the attitude of the other staff was very much “sucks for you.” Disappointing experience.

I love the wines and beers and all the different options that you have there. I love the candies from Japan and the sodas and beers from England... They had lots of gluten-free cookies and snacks which I can't live without. Home decor ideas and tchotchkes and gifts, all great to experience in person. Customer service at checkout was efficient and quite pleasant. I will totally go back very soon.
