  in my opinion and experience that last post was identical to what I was gonna say except it was a horrible, horrible, horrible experience they sent the wrong product out and they wanted to charge me a 25% restock charge even though they sent the wrong item. The manager is more concerned with restocking charges. He’s willing to lose thousands of dollars in business for a restocking charge that wasn’t even my fault. buyer beware

  Bought electric stove and paperwork went well i thought What i learned information does not move well thru employees of this company.the information i gave to my contract person which i thought was important Must have died right on the spot.i specifically ask for pm appointment and no-one said no.. delivery came with no notice and switched to am 830 to 1030 slot with limited time to say i would not be there.Got ahold a employee who said they moved the appointment to Saturday and i was happy. Delivery came anyhow in morning which caused alot of stress for me so happy people have good delivery and sad people dont .still better than home depot etc. not sure if will buy again here

  My wife and I are so happy with our new kitchen remodel. Your store mgr Chanel made us a customer for life. Mahmud was professional, kind and friendly. Chanell’s attention in my sale and delivery made us feel important and valued. I’ll be back to start my bathrooms. I highly recommend

  Buyer Beware I purchased an LG refrigerator along with two other appliances from WDC in Oxnard. They were delivered in August 2020. After less than 2 weeks, it stopped making ice. I contacted the manufacturer myself and a technician came out and said that it needed a whole new freezer door as the line was frozen. He came back a few days later to install. I was out of town and had my contractor let him. When I returned, I found the doors were not aligned. Called LG for service again and had a 5 hour window scheduled and nobody showed up. I now called WDC and told them I was not happy with the product or their service and I wanted to return the refrigerator and get a different brand. The customer service person told me it was not possible and that she would help me get my issues resolved. She then proceeded to set up an appointment for me with an authorized LG service dealer. They also no-showed. I spoke with her again about my frustration and she then set me up with another technician to come and realign my doors. This service tech showed up, but told me there was nothing that could be done as only one door had a way to adjust the door. I called WDC again and she once again set me up with another service dealer. Meanwhile, waiting for that appointment, the refrigerator stopped making ice again. This appliance is only 2 months old! I called WDC about exchanging my unit again, and once again she said it was not possible. I told her I was going to contact my attorney to see what my options were. She told me then she could no longer help me. Then, she cancelled my service appointment I had set up for a few days later. Now I have to contact the manufacturer again myself and start over. This product is obviously defective and the LG service dealers for warranty are just as useless. I am not looking for a refund, just to apply the money I spent on this refrigerator for one that actually works. This company does not stand behind their products and wasted so much of my time. I will never buy anything from them again.
