- HMHolly M6 days ago1.0Bought shoe organizers that totally fell apart. I brought pieces back to store and they would not give me refund. The quality was so terrible. Screws came right out. Zion at the Oxnard store would not accept return because I didn’t have the screws???? Such terrible quality and such terrible customer service. I have spent tons of money at Container Store. Now I know why they are constantly having %off specials. This company is in trouble financially. Chapter 11 2025 and taken private. Guess they haven’t figured it out. Always empty and terrible customer service. Good luck!
