- CKC K1 day ago1.0Would have been zero stars if it would let me. Only place I have ever been told I have to use a pin number with a company credit card. Not safe, not advisable, not best practices. I left the merch on the counter and walked out. I will never go to Lowes in California again. Go to Home Depot, Ace, anywhere but here. No wonder people call it "Blowes".

She even helped me skip a second long wait in line by checking me out for the tree at the customer service desk. (I didn't realize until after I paid for the other items that you do not pay for the trees outside in the lot) Truly appreciated her efficiency and kindness!

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
