    The extended warranty has no service level standards for timeliness, you select one day the website then it is canceled or rescheduled by the provider. No quality control, you are at the mercy of good luck and best wishes.

    Called prior to my purchase to make sure installation could and would be done prior to Christmas. The associate was very nice and helpful. However, when he told me they were in stock I believed him, it was the same information I was given over the phone. 10 days later I am being told on my follow-up my item is not in stock. I won't be going back to Lowes. Suggestion, if you purchase an appliance for installation be sure to ask the questions, do you have the item in the store? Or, is the item in the network? Be specific and ask to see the screen other wise it could be a month before you every get a call to set up installation 1 to 2 weeks later. Beware... Now I am in the Holidays and still do not have an installation date. Don't ask for compensation or store credit, they just keep apologizing with we are sorry.

    Over the last two years I have visited this location 6 times. 5 of those visits customer service was substandard and rude. I'll drive the extra few miles to Home Depot where I have never had an issue.
