The staff there could give crap about who you are or what you need well they don't . Find another place to store we're people care and are understanding as to why your there . 45 days they lock u out. Double lock followed by your things being auctioned away. I'm sorry. I'm going to miss the last owners family but I feel quite confident that I'll continue to be happy using this storage location.
