- HCHeather crader4 days ago5.0My previous pool company always left something to be desired. We noticed our friend and neighbors pool always looked great and found Bishop. Our technician is Mylo, and our pool always looks great. He always lets us know if we need to trim back a certain plant, and he’s very careful making sure our broken back gate is shut and blocked so our dog Groucho doesn’t make one of his great escapes. I do have to say the difference in our pool since is night and day.

Our technician Dylan shows up like clockwork every Monday and services the pool professionally and efficiently. He also cleans our filters when needed. We have been very happy with the service we are receiving!

He’s been taking care of our backyard oasis for many, many years now and he always makes me feel like I am his only customer. There was a period of time when Joe was being trained to expand his skill set by learning pool repair and they sent several other technicians that did fine enough, but I contacted the office and begged for Joe’s return. I even had them reach out to him to double check a potential problem that another tech was stressing me out about. Super Joe took the time to put my mind at ease and reassure me there wasn’t going to be any dramatic huge changes needed. I know one day Joe may move on from my route, but I seriously hope that day isn’t any time soon!
