  Sean and his co-worker Zach did a wonderful job conducting a home inspection on a new house my wife and I are purchasing. They were at the house before the appointment time. Sean focused on the interior of the house while Zach conducted the inspection on the outside. They were very thorough and communicated with us regularly throughout the entire process. At the end of the inspection, we were given a thorough verbal overview of all their findings. Within 24 hours, we had the full documented home inspection emailed to us. Everything was well documented with detailed photos and recommendations. We really enjoyed learning about our new home through the professional and thorough inspection conducted by Sean and his team at Trident! Highly recommended!

  Jeff Clark was very great to work with on our home inspection, especially as a buyer. Very knowledgeable about every aspect of the house mechanical, electrical, hvac, and plumbing systems. His highly detailed report helped us tremendously. We use it like a home manual. I would highly recommend his services to any home owner.
