Founded in San Diego in 1969, Gardner Outdoor and Pool Remodeling is a family owned business.
We are the ONLY pool remodeler with 3 branches to better serve our clients; El Cajon, Anaheim and Indio. Aside from 1000’s of residential backyards, we have remodeled thousands of commercial pools including most colleges and universities, major hotels, and Homeowner’s Association Pools.

- CGCorrine GulutzSep 24, 20245.0I am so thankful that I chose GOPR for my pool remodel. Everything was completed so quickly and efficiently, and I always knew what was going to happen the next day. I also had a cell phone number of the project supervisor that I could call directly with any questions. All the crews were amazing! They took great care to leave the area clean after they completed their task - even the demo crew that worked under a thick cloud of dust on a scorching hot day left my property clean and in order before they left. I would definitely use GOPR again and will recommend them to anyone needing their services.
- SJSteven JamesAug 12, 20192.0We went with Gardner despite the higher price and because of the good reviews. Sorry to say we were disappointed. You will deal with a lot of different people, each one cares only about their part of the project. When they discovered extra work they over charged us for it because we were mid-job and they knew we had no other choice. We didn't expect a company with a good reputation to do that but they did. The final finish has an unsightly bulge but we realize there's not much we can do about it now unless we want an ugly patch. You have to pay extra for start up, despite them leaving the pump turned off, and our electrical panel open. Hoping the pebble tec at least lasts a long time but we're not that confident considering they are very busy and take short cuts whenever they can.
- JDJules DAug 11, 20175.0Josh, of Gardner Pool Remodeling, came to the rescue when we had a clog in the pipes that led to our jacuzzi! Several other people had tried to clear the lines with no success, and yet Josh's persistence paid off! He even went above and beyond the call of duty by coming out the Friday before the holiday weekend when most would have put it off until after the holiday!! As a result, we had a nice warm, bubbly jacuzzi for the Fourth of July!!! Many, many thanks!!!!
