- CSCarole SinasonJul 11, 20195.0These guys saved my life! On a Saturday morning, I needed 2 pcs of stair molding so my installer could finish the job. The place I originally purchased the flooring no longer carried what I needed (and didn't bother to tell me I could pick these up at Shaw's warehouse in Cypress if they called it in). While 2 other local stores tried to take advantage of my desperation, Bixby Knolls came through with an honest, reasonable quote, $60-$150 less than the others. Even though it was a minor sale for a flooring business, the owner also took the time and trouble to contact Shaw's headquarters to make sure my order got released to me that morning without a hitch. That's great customer service!!! They renewed my faith in mankind.
