  My wife and I have used Bixby Knolls Carpeting And Flooring since they were in Long Beach on Atlantic Avenue. We have always been extremely pleased with the work they do and the products they sell. I am going to be visiting them soon to update flooring they last installed in 2005.

  These guys saved my life! On a Saturday morning, I needed 2 pcs of stair molding so my installer could finish the job. The place I originally purchased the flooring no longer carried what I needed (and didn't bother to tell me I could pick these up at Shaw's warehouse in Cypress if they called it in). While 2 other local stores tried to take advantage of my desperation, Bixby Knolls came through with an honest, reasonable quote, $60-$150 less than the others. Even though it was a minor sale for a flooring business, the owner also took the time and trouble to contact Shaw's headquarters to make sure my order got released to me that morning without a hitch. That's great customer service!!! They renewed my faith in mankind.
