  Amazing sales team. No pressure at all. You can browse, touch, and feel the quality of the display model. The manager is a cool guy. Good quality brands, mostly made in USA companies.

  David at Pacific Sales in Ontario, CA made our appliance purchase such a great experience! He helped us choose the Speed Queen TR7 washer in black matte and the matching DR7 dryer, and his knowledge about the machines was truly impressive. He answered every question we had and made sure we felt completely confident in our purchase. David was incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He also helped us use our Best Buy credit card and walked us through the promotional financing option, which made everything super easy and convenient. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. If you’re shopping for appliances at Pacific Sales, definitely ask for David—you’ll be in great hands!

  John and David were fantastic in helping get our order sorted out and showed such patience when we had bank issues with the final transaction. The delivery crew also was very professional and fast!

  My wife and I are remodeling our kitchen witch includes new appliances. After looking everywhere local within 25 radius including all the big hardware stores. Our choice was either the limited choices with little expertise from sales staff or shop online . So being I had already did my homework Instead of ordering online I decided to shop in a store that specialized in appliance's. I had already visited several small businesses with this business model some had expertise but did not have what we wanted and again few choices with limited information for comparison in same price range or higher and lower with feature comparisons. I remembered Pacific Sales Kitchen & Home My past experience was a very a very good one. I searched and found one in Ontario CA. It was over 30 miles but I felt it was worth a try. From the moment we walked into their large show room I knew this business cared about their customers. The manager David introduced himself and wanted us to know he cared about our experience and any concerns whatever they might be He in introduced us to Jess. Jess was a non pushy extremely knowledgeable floor Representative. I had done my homework so knew most of the differences between top to midline appliances. Jess answered all our questions and there were quite a few. He went out of his way to explain some details he felt we should know and that helped tremendously in making our final decision. We got a great deal on exactly what we came for. No pressure, Jess's conversation was always informative and his personality was friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for appliances and staff that have great expertise and care about their job. and both the manager and floor employees were

  I had a wonderful experience working with John at Pacific Sales Kitchen, Bath & Electronics in Ontario. He was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain the qualities and differences between various appliances, making sure I understood my options without ever feeling pressured. I really appreciate his guidance and would absolutely recommend asking for him if you visit!
