We have bought major appliances here in the past after dealing with the big box stores and we return for a few reasons: they have a large showroom, their inventory is clearly displayed, delivery dates are listed on all models, and most importantly the customer service is unparalleled. We are leaving with a new (and improved!) refrigerator and we are thankful for another positive experience!
