He went and got us a whole new pallet of tiles as there weren’t enough on the shelves. He helped my husband load everything on top of the trolley, rolled the trolley out of the store by himself while my husband went and got the car around to the front door, and if that wasn’t enough, he also helped my husband load everything in the car! Unheard of! We will definitely be going back to this Lowe’s every time we need something! The ones in Riverside suck!

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
