  The chairs were delivered as I said in another survey and the material on the arms are all puckered. Extremely poor workmanship. I went to Lazyboy for the quality but that was not the case. Extremely disappointed. The delivery people said that’s how they come. NO! You should send someone here to check it out. It shouldn’t be me to do the footwork. And can’t be without my chairs for your mistakes. Post this so others know!

  Jasmin was wonderful to work with! Can’t wait to get our new furniture. She came out to the house measured and took pictures, got an idea of our style and designed a beautiful room for us!

  I was greeted about a minute within entering. The sales associate was very pleasant and asked if I was looking anything specific. She let me look around and if I had questions just ask, gave me her name and let me browse. She returned shortly and informed me of sale items, when they expire and what the store added to it. I was told of price matching and so on. I was shown how the motorized chairs and remotes worked. I chose what I wanted, was written up and that's it. Shelley Gosselin was my sales associate. Professional not all hyped up, soft spoken and polite.

  We are doing a mini remodel on our family room. We desperately needed to get new furniture so we stopped by La-Z-Boy to see what they had. Over the next couple weeks we spent considerable time looking at other furniture stores. We ended up back at La-Z-Boy. They were low pressure, nobody followed us around the store, but they were available to help when we had questions. We found the furniture we loved. We had the decorator come to our home to make sure of the colors and materials we chose were right for us. We are excited to see our new furniture in our family room. I have no photos at this time because we just ordered last night and it will be 6-8 weeks before delivery, about the same time our construction should be completed. Thank you, La-Z-Boy.

  Delivery was frustrating, as my table arrived with a chip. However, Jasmin, the designer, was absolutely fantastic. She was incredibly responsive, professional, and genuinely cared about making things right. Her support and follow-through completely turned the experience around for me. I would definitely go back to design with Jasmin again. Thank you for going above and beyond!
