Recently purchased a house and needed to order additional furniture items. I ordered my items online. The store scheduled my delivery date 3-4 weeks from the day I ordered them. There was confusion around my address since I previously ordered from Aaron’s. I spoke with the corporate office to clear and verify the confusion. I also went to the store to confirm the delivery address and items. Afterwards, I had two calls from the store to confirm the delivery date and address. However, the store on its own accords decided to change my delivery date to a day before without confirmation with me. The delivery drivers attempt to deliver but they went to the wrong address. The person at the address informed me of this, so I called the store manager Jessica. Immediately she is rude and defensive when I explained that I made several attempts to confirm the information so there were no mistakes. I go to the store and speak with Angelica who I spoke with in person. I don’t know how they went to the wrong address when the confirmation email has the right address. Although it was their mistake, they want me to wait an additional two to three weeks for items I ordered at the end of September. I am in the middle of moving and closing accounts at my previous address. I don’t have time to clear my schedule to accommodate people I am paying to deliver my items. I use to go to their Fontana location before it was closed and never had any of these issues. Unfortunately this is the only store that services my area, so I will no longer be purchasing from Aaron’s.

I dont feel like this location deserves any starts but im required to guve a star…I’ve had issues with just this location I’ve had so many items from aarons and never had an issue with any other location until this location. Im not sure who jessica is or if she gets a commission on collecting payments but when i say she is the most heartless human being i have ever had a conversation with. Why are you in customer service if you hate people. The way she talks to you and the way she leaves voicemails is just so disrespectful. I was in a really bad accident and was in the hospital for 2 months literally fighting for my life and she just made me feel like i was a homeless person begging for scraps. I dont think I’ll shop with aarons after i pay off my items. If my morals were on track i wouldnt even finish the lease i started but unlike jessica i have some humanity in my soul and care about the well being of others. There’s a difference between collecting and just flat out being inhumane. If this who aarons hires and this what the company stands on then i will no longer have any parts of this company. Ive been nothing but a loyal customer and always greeting people with a smile.

I would not recommend Aaron’s especially in Ontario California I had to quit my job because of pregnancy complications and told them to pick it up they scheduled a day to pick it up I waited outside all day they never showed up. A couple days later I get a call from them yelling at me saying somebody needs to be home they don’t have the man power or time to go to Rialto. I definitely will not be renting from them ever again.

Leasing is a convenient way to get the items you want without a big upfront payment, using credit, or making a long-term commitment. Aaron’s offers a great selection of name brand products, with affordable payments and flexible choices on how to own your merchandise. Aaron’s provides a rental purchase agreement, lease purchase agreement, consumer rental purchase agreement, rent to own agreement, lease agreement with an option to purchase, or lease as applicable by state. Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
