    Poor customer service. Waited 45 min just to pick up my blind. No one ask if we needed assistance. They continue dealing with the customer they had. Approached them and they said the they are busy and when they are done they will help us. All I need was my blinds. Theo’s would have take the most 5 mins. Very unprofessional.

    The salesperson was great and ensured my timelines were met. Unfortunately, the packaging was missing most of the hardware required to properly install the blinds. I ordered a two-track system; one track came with ceiling mounts and nothing else, while the second came with wall mounts only. I had even paid for a measurement service to confirm the measurements and installation requirements. My order was for a sliding door, so wall mounts would not work in my situation. Since I chose to install the blinds myself, I discovered that additional hardware and spacers were also missing. I should also mention that the screws provided were essentially useless. I had to purchase proper hardware separately to complete the installation. To make matters worse, there were no installation instructions included. When I called for assistance, I was told to scan the QR code for the instructions; however, the QR code was also missing, leaving me with nothing to scan. Thankfully, I have installed many blinds over the years, so the installation itself was not difficult. However, I was very disappointed that before I could even begin the installation, I had to spend additional time and money sourcing the necessary hardware that should have been included with the product.     Shutters look great. Bifold door does not have magnet so often it will not fully close / stay shut. Came to fix it but I’m still not satisfied.
