The salesperson was knowledgeable and professional. The delivery people were professional, friendly, and fast. Unfortunately, I did not receive my adjustible bed frame. Only the mattress. Now I will have to wait additional days to receive my full order. Disappointing.

They had all types of mattresses and different styles of beds for all preferences. I had an amazing experience during my visit. I was lucky enough to have Karen Matlack look over me, she was so patient with me and listened carefully to my needs. She is so knowledgeable and gave me recommendations that were amazing for exactly what I needed, couldn’t have asked for a better person to help me with my purchase.

Do not use “ TONY Z” not his real name and I’m not sure why his salesperson name is that but whatever. He took advantage of us, new parents we came in with our 4 DAYS OLD BABY to buy a new couch and carpet. It was that important we get them asap. We already knew what we were buying and we were supposed to meet up with a lovely lady that helped us out. He found us never left our side until we were paying and out the door. He convinced us, we just wanted to get out of there we were tired and exhausted annoyed hungry and he took advantage. He knew what he was doing. We got the couches we want but instead of our 3 piece L shaped sectional we got convinced to buy every piece and the carpet I showed him the light grey he ordered it in taupe. The brick showed up at my house 4 times for deliveries with a new born baby. Imagine that. He combined me to get Flexiti so I did and said id be on a year term monthly payment to help us out. Turns out he didn’t do that. I have to pay the full amount like yesterday and I’m getting charged interest by the month. He had us buy everything that day let’s say Wednesday and said call back Friday to get your discount and refund. So he wanted full commission on the full price and then Friday they would price match and refund. Instead of looking out for us he was only looking out for his commission. Please don’t use him unless you don’t care about feeling uncomfortable, getting screwed over and over paying.

Your lucky you got one star. Worst customer service from the customer service reps to management!
First off your customer service reps should know the basics of your financing terms regardless if they finance customers or not! The fact they don’t know admin fees or simple questions like what terms you guys even offer is ridiculous! What’s the point of having a customer service counter and they have zero knowledge of how you guys actually sell/finance your products?
Second we had to cancel an order because they refused to wrap an appliance at pickup. They said they were unable to provide any type wrapping and it’s up to the customer to bring it. Which is fine if we knew that prior to driving all the way there and renting a truck. When talking the store manager her response was “well did you ask”. Well did your sales rep do their job or were they more worried about making commission? Wouldn’t it be the sales reps job to make sure the customer is FULLY aware of everything to do with their purchase? A simple “are you having it delivered or picked up? Oh picked up well make sure you bring something to cover it because we won’t provide anything”!! Like come on I have to spend my money and do the sales reps job be for real! I’ve never picked up anything from a furniture store and it not be wrapped so that wasn’t even a question on my mind because common sense would be to wrap the item for the customer. Common sense would be a furniture store having some type of wrapping on hand for customer use for accessories, as is or floor model pick ups. This is a furniture store with a warehouse and warehouse workers is it not? Can’t order some bubble wrap to ensure your customers orders make it home safely? Or you got your money and no longer care?
Went to Leon’s and what do you know they wrap their appliances for you!! New, as is, floor models all wrapped! TAKE NOTES! DO BETTER!

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product.
