  The deliverymen, Richard, Mike and Cameron, greeted me warmly with big smiles. They were careful with their maneuvers of the big sofa around corners and slicing of exacto knives of the packaging. Also, they were very quick and collected and disposed of the wrapping and plastic. You have a good crew working for you!😉

  Very good process love the delivery tracking system..the two gentleman Jake and his partner were absolutely fantastic very polite made the transition seamless great movers great team. Keep them Leon’s.. Lisa the sales representative was fantastic no pressure simply easy transaction.

  Love the new couch. Delivery went very smoothly. They took the time to make sure nothing got damaged. They also cleaned up the mess right down to a small piece paper that was on the carpet. I would highly recommend the store and products. Well done everyone throughout the entire process. Thank you.

  I like the fact that I got a reminder phone call the day before, an text where I can check how many deliveries are before me. The two gentlemen were very polite & efficient and my white loveseat was put right in the spot I wanted it. Although tthe plug was not sent with the furniture they were willing to have it delivered this afternoon. Since I had some errands to do I am able to pick up at my convenience at Leon's. I would give this service a 10 star. Thanks Theresa Guilbeault

  Not worth your time or money. Our experience with Leon's has been incredibly frustrating from start to finish. Three months ago, we purchased over $16,000 worth of appliances and a sofa, with delivery scheduled well in advance for the closing date of our new home. Despite having months to prepare, when our appliances arrived there wasn't even a proper washer and dryer setup arranged. Nothing was handled as promised. To make matters worse, our sofa also ordered three months ago…is now delayed by another three weeks, even though the delivery date was established well in advance. The only reason our appliances were delivered at all was because my fiancé had to call and demand that they be sent immediately. As if that wasn't enough, we were given a $200 voucher with our purchase. When we tried to redeem it, we were told we needed to use our Flexiti Visa card. However, we never even received the physical card because the representative had it sent to the wrong address without confirming our information with us. Despite this being their mistake, they still refused to help us use the voucher. The most disappointing part was that the manager simply stood by and watched the situation unfold without offering any assistance or attempting to resolve the issue. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable, especially after spending over $16,000. We will not be purchasing from Leon's again, and we believe Head Office should be made aware of how poorly this entire situation was handled.
