At the same time when I needed him he was readily available. I am happy with the price I was charged for my mattress. I hope to get a good night sleep tonight! Ps. I highly recommend The Brick in Whitby for a professional and welcoming experience. I walked out without any regret spending money on a new mattress and box spring because of the unexpected deal provided. As well as the opportunity to try exactly what worked for me. I had a foam mattress-in-a-box previously and he foam inside had ripped almost completely in half. I understand the accessibility those mattresses provide, but if applicable, I highly encourage a visit to The Brick where they will work with you to get exactly what you need for a great night's sleep.

Donna was very helpful when I could reach her, but getting anyone to answer the phone was nearly impossible. Now we get to wait and see how long the repair lasts. Will not buy from here again.

I asked some general questions like if the fridge doesn't fit through the front door, do I have to take the door off? Her response was " if it doesn't fit through the door maybe you should buy a smaller fridge ". Ok??? Wonder where she got her training from. The guys who delivered the fridge were great and friendly.

They initiated offering us the best price possible on a fridge & range we purchased (and even found a promotion we weren't aware of). Harvinder was awesome! She went above and beyond. The range arrived damaged and we refused it but needed one for Thanksgiving. My husband went to the store and offered to pick up a new one from the Mississauga warehouse. Without asking, they gave us another $100 off for his trouble. We now have our appliances and are very happy. Would not hesitate to go back here for purchases for our home. Everyone was pleasant, professional and easy to work with.

Absolutely. If you find the same brand and model currently advertised at a lower price by The Brick or a competitor within 30 days of pick up or delivery, then we'll refund you the difference. Some conditions apply. Check the Price Guarantee page on our website for full details.
Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

How do I add an extended warranty to my product?
An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
