Instead of trying to sell us the most expensive products, he took the time to understand our needs, preferences, and budget, recommending items that were the best fit for us.
We shopped throughout the store—from the bedroom department to the kitchen section—and James was incredibly knowledgeable about every product we asked about. He gave us honest information, answered all of our questions with confidence, and allowed us the freedom to browse at our own pace. Once he understood our style and what we were looking for, he guided us to products that were exactly what we wanted.
What impressed us most was his dedication to customer service. When one of the items we wanted wasn't in stock, James went above and beyond to locate it and find a solution for us. His willingness to go the extra mile truly made a difference.

The delivery window provided by the brick ( which is sent out at 5pm the day before) and the inability to modify timing does not facilitate proper hand off with customers.
Unfortunately, I had to cancel my purchases as our scheduling could not work.

We bought a new sectional couch from The Brick Whitby. From sales to delivery everything went well. We did have an issue with one of the sections. After calling customer service, the issue was resolved immediately. I sm very happy with the purchase.

I purchased my mattress and bed from The Brick in 2025. Within the first few months, I experienced issues with the original mattress and it was exchanged. Unfortunately, the replacement mattress has presented its own problems.
The replacement mattress does not feel like the model I tried in the showroom. It has uneven firmness and sinks in the middle, making it uncomfortable to sleep on and contributing to daily back pain. In addition to the mattress concerns, I have also experienced ongoing issues with the bed itself.
Over the past several months, I have made repeated attempts to work with the store to find a reasonable resolution. I submitted warranty claims regarding the mattress, but those claims were denied. I also repeatedly requested management review and asked for someone in a position of authority to contact me. Despite these requests, I never received a return call from management.
I understand that businesses have policies and warranty guidelines. However, I was disappointed by the lack of communication, follow-up, and flexibility shown throughout this process. After months of trying to resolve concerns with both the mattress and the bed, I was ultimately told that nothing further could be done.
Based on my experience, I do not feel that customer satisfaction was a priority once the sale was completed. I felt supported during the purchase process, but when problems arose, I found it extremely difficult to get meaningful assistance.
Potential customers should be aware that if issues arise after delivery, obtaining support and resolution may be far more difficult than expected.

NEVER GO HERE Sketchy business practices. Went to cash in my warranty credit and asked online if I could use to towards certain items, and as assured I could, no exclusions noted. Contacted with a different question and confirmed that the TV I was looking at was eligible again. They said yes but I do have to use the credit in store. In store they said the two people I spoke to lied and that it wasn't eligible. They keep referring to a warranty policy that nowhere says televisions are excluded. Contacted customer service again got bounced around a few times but ultimately they did not care. Won’t shop here ever again.
EDIT- edited to add that they will reach out to your bad review asking for you to contact them so they can further waste your time and provide absolutely nothing of use to you. Then if you’re still upset they will call you so they can waste your time in a new and exciting way.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

How do I add an extended warranty to my product?
An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
