My mom and I had such a great experience at The Brick thanks to Adrian. From the moment we walked in, he was incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. We bought a brown leather sofa in December 2025 and it started to squeak loudly.
We complained and a technician did visit and inspect. We were told that we would receive a call for a path forward but HAVE NOT RECIEVED A CALL, WHEN WE CALL, THEY DO NOT ANSWER!
The couch has not been fixed, still has issues and isn't fixed no matter how hard we push back on them.
Customer service from the on site manager was very poor.
Will not be coming back. Ever.

That may have been one of the best and quickest experiences I’ve ever had with furniture delivery. From using the online tracker to getting the phone call just before they arrived, everything was easy. In addition, having those guys remove their shoes and take the furniture to my basement (without me asking) and setting it all up and taking all the garbage and packaging away was fantastic. They were very friendly and super polite. Thank you for the great experience.

Our purchase at The Brick was a very pleasant experience. When we decided on the sectional we wanted we had a few questions. Ali helped us, he was so friendly, knowledgeable about our sectional. He helped us with measurements and when we asked if two pieces could be moved so we could visualize what it would look like, Ali went and got a display associate to help this happen. The gentleman was a great help (we didn't get his name)
When we decided to purchase Ali made it a great experience explaining all the details in our purchase and warranties. Thank you so much for your time and patience Ali!!
On the day of delivery, it was delivered at the time slot that was given. The three gentleman were phenomenal...they brought all the pieces in with care to my home and the furniture pieces. They worked at putting the legs on, placing the pieces together in area I needed it. They gave the upholstery care kit and cleaned the plastic/cardboard and took it away.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
