    Frustrating experience and poor staff support. Their website claimed they had 84 units of a specific windshield fluid in stock, but finding it was an ordeal. One employee couldn't help due to a broken intercom system, and the seasonal employee I was passed off to was entirely dismissive. Nobody in the store could tell me where the inventory was located. Disorganized store layout and indifferent customer service.

    Do not ever order product from Rona where they use a skid. I ordered 30 garden bags online for delivery because I am not going to drive for over an hour to the store and back and too much weight for me to handle. An hour after ordering and paying I get a call from the store saying that I need to pay another $35 for the skid. I also found out that in order to get my $35 back I had to drive it back to the store, go to their cashier and prove I paid for it and then drive back home. Who in their right mind is ever going to go that kind of a hassle. I said that it is YOUR skid so you should pick it up. They refused. When it was delivered I asked them to take the skid back. They said that the skid was really like packaging material and normally is free. Well it wasn't. So now I have to get rid of this skid to the dump or burn it, don't really care about the $35. This is terrible customer service, they didn't even tell me about this when I ordered and paid. Never again will I use Rona. And have you tried to use their website - it is awful but that is a whole other story. Lowes were much better but now gone and taken over by this crappy company.

    Waited at the paint dept for over 10 minutes for a staff member to mix the paint for me. Not one person in the dept. If there is a “HELP” button, not sure where it was. Meanwhile, staff at the return desk had lots of time to share some laughs with each other. Shouldn’t have to walk around the store looking for someone to mix paint . Lots of other places out there to buy paint.

    Though its kind of limited staff compared to home depot and overwhelming to find an item . they do have most of the stuffs that any one needs. Its worth to mention they have a person now standing next to entrance who will guide you to the right aisle which is really helpful and making the shopping experience great. Kudos to that idea.
