  Had the misfortune of not finding an item I was looking for in store, but Randall who is a Manager covering from a Belleville Jysk made up for it. He was so helpful. Pointed me to some other alternatives which ended up working out. It was an absolute pleasure meeting you Randall All the best!!

  Incredible service from Earlene and Jamie! My husband and I walked in 40 minutes to closing, and ended up placing huge orders which resulted in us keeping the staff there past closing time. These ladies were so patient and kind during the process and if it weren't for them, our house wouldn't be furnished.

  So my Fiance and I went in originally just to look around spoke with Dave about a couch left to think about it and went back and was helped by Dave again and bought the couch. Up until this point was 5 star service. Flash forward to delivery day, I'm waiting for the call and around noon they say the couch will be delivered between 4pm and 8pm no problem. Around 815pm I start calling the store they're like the couch was picked up and should be there shortly and gives me the number for the delivery service to track down when it's coming that call goes to voicemail. I wait until 830 and try the delivery service again and they tell me the store never released the couch to them I call the store again and they insist they did call the delivery service again and nobody seems to know where my couch is and that cause the next 2 days they're closed there's nothing they can do for me until Tuesday. And then proceeded to hang up on me cause it's after 9. Everyone is pointing the fingers at each other and nobody is actually trying to help me find my couch or receive it. Now I have no couch and am beyond frustrated cause nobody seems to care that I was promised something I paid for and didn't receive it.
