  Associate was almost difficult to work with. Demanded I went home and checked measurements and confirmed. Blind took 3 weeks- hardly “to go” timeframe, and upon pickup no install instructions or mounting template given as I installed myself. Other than being able to touch the fabric ahead of purchase I struggle to see how this is better than online ordering.

  Mr. Pradeep Sharma, the sales manager of this Whitby location, helps me a lot when I decide to replace a brand new blinds along with my patio door, he explained different materials to me with his friendly and professional advice so that I can made the decision shortly, thanks Pradeep, thanks Blinds To Go, highly recommend Blinds To Go, I was a customer of them for 20 years!

  I enjoy dealing with Blinds to Go. I’ve purchased a few sets of motorized blinds from them recently. The prices for motorized blinds were a little higher, but in my experience, I know that when I’m dealing with Blinds to Go, I am getting good customer service and quality products. Their normal mini blind prices are also very fair in my opinion.

  Sabrina was extremely helpful and made sure our blinds were installed prior to our open house. Thank you for all the support and hard work to make it all happen. The blinds look great- wish we installed these years ago.
