  First time requiring a storage unit. The store manager Asad R, was beyond helpful and knowledgeable. He helped make my transition easy, and proficient, while ensuring my needs were met, while providing excellent customer care. I highly recommend access storage to anyone needing such facilities.

  Terrible experience with Access Storage Whitby. The promotional terms were not properly explained, and after only 8 weeks we were hit with $315 for a 10x10 unit PLUS an admin fee. Completely unreasonable. The facility is poorly maintained, the flat carts are horrible, and the east roll-up door was broken for weeks because they apparently had no one available to repair it. The manager was no help whatsoever when we raised our concerns. Terrible customer service, poor facility, and overpriced storage. Definitely not worth it.

  My experience with Access Storage is abysmal I booked over the phone and paid but was changed and switched when I got there. Extra fees were added at my check in appointment. Wait there’s more… unit is tired and old with holes in ceiling and openings as big as 2” to the outside. I’m going to add photos when I head back with next load, m stuck there for a month because of timing but I will use this time to find a better place to

  This facility could be really great, with the drive in convenience and elevators, not to mention the store with all your moving and storage needs, but the sliding doors to the units are garbage and many times fail to lock or unlock. I had to have my items moved to another unit in the facility because the door on mine would not lock. Also the DYMON App is useless. It rejects the password I know is correct because it is stored and entered by my phone. When I change it to a new one after entering the code they send, it still fails to accept it. I’m going to empty the unit today because I’ve cancelled my contract. You cannot call yourself a 24 hour operation if people are not guaranteed access outside your store hours. It is a clean facility, and the staff are courteous but if I can’t access my storage items whenever I need them then I don’t think it’s worth it.
