New customer, always pick up their call. Old customer, no response, no refund. Give you two months cheap rent on "weekly" basis, but completely skip the part where.."whats going to be the 3rd and 4th month rent".

They were incredibly helpful, responsive, and understanding throughout the entire process. They made what was already a very stressful situation so much easier. Thankfully everything worked out and we didn’t end up needing the units, but cancelling was quick and hassle-free. The customer service was exceptional from start to finish, and I really appreciated the kindness and professionalism during such a hectic time. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Access Storage Whitby to anyone looking for storage with excellent customer service.
