  I visited the grand opening of the brand new Leon's store in Welland. Beautiful store! I purchased a complete living room furniture package. I had an issue with one item. I delt with the store manager (Jeff). He was exceptional, understanding, and very helpful with this item and my receipt. He went out of his way, to go to the warehouse himself to make sure my item was there. He made all my arrangements for this item. I am very pleased with the out come! I would highly recommend anyone to come visit and purchase from this new store. Thank you Jeff, you were great! Angie G

  Just purchased a sofa and loveseat at the new Welland location. Cassidy was super helpful in store! She was knowledgeable, pleasant and didn’t pressure us! Can’t wait for our new furniture to arrive. Thank you, Cassidy!

  We went to Leons yesterday to make a change to a purchase we had made last month. We dealt with Nick B. He was excellent! He knew what we needed and helped in every possible way he could. He provided professional, friendly great service. Thanks Nick for making our transaction so smooth.

  I had a good impression of Leon’s before visiting, but unfortunately, my experience at the store was very disappointing at the new store in Welland, Ontario. When I walked in to look at mattresses, the tall Salesman seemed to judge me based on my budget. When I asked questions about which mattress would be suitable for my budget, his attitude made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. In the middle of our conversation, he said he had to help another customer and walked away. I waited, but he never came back and continued walking around without acknowledging me. I felt disrespected and looked down upon as a customer. I also felt that I was being treated differently because of my background, which was especially disappointing and unexpected. Everyone who walks into a store deserves to be treated with the same respect, regardless of their budget or background. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and reminds their staff about the importance of treating every customer professionally and respectfully.
