  We have been shopping at Leons for many years. We attended the opening of the new location today and it is spectacular. Great products and staff.. what an improvement. Well done and its a big asset to Welland . Congratulations.

  Got an envelope in the mail with big bold text saying “ATTENTION: IMPORTANT INFORMATION ENCLOSED”. I thought it was a product recall from a purchase made here before. It was a flyer for the Welland store. Super scummy and deceptive. After the service I received here picking up my purchase plus this nonsense I won’t be shopping here again.

  Would not deal with Leon's for beds or anything else when it comes to the warranty they have ever excuse not to help you and blame it on someone else

  Long time customer over 25yrs. Bought refrigerator October 2024 with 4 yr warranty. Fridge stopped working sometime on Tuesday lost everything in freezer and fridge at least 500.00 dollars or more lost in food. Called extended warranty they told me it’s over a 2 wk wait for repairs and but put me on a cancellation list at my request. I called the store talk to a manager Frank and was told there was nothing that could be done and kindly told me what time it was on a Tuesday at 3:53pm and that no one could help me. So family bbq is cancelled due to food loss and no solution for fixing the fridge. I was told they would send an email and someone would get back to me. What a joke you pay for a warranty and told to wait over 2 weeks. How about replacing the fridge it’s not even 2 yrs old. No one wants to wait over two weeks for a repair. With the cost of food Not impressed!! Definitely left to fend for myself. I called a local repair company that could have come out to fix it but Leon’s said that would void my warranty. Horrible customer service! Ps update …I called again left a message for Teresa on Tuesday July 7th still no call back from her today is Friday July 10th! My fridge broke June 30th. I am beyond frustrated and angry!! My repair date is July 16th. My extended warranty that we purchased clearly means nothing! Lesson learnt, don’t waist your hard earned money on Leon’s warranty!! You clearly have no customer service at all. Nothing in place to help your customers. No loaner fridges to help if you’re not willing to replace a fridge that is 19 months old!! I can confidently say my husband and I will never ever purchase anything from Leon’s or the Brick ever again!!! I challenge you to go this long without a fridge!!! Get your act together Leon’s!!!!! Absolutely Brutal!!!!

  Went to purchase a couch in beginning of May, was told by the sales rep (Dani) it will be shipped in July. Her exact words were, "just to let you know, we're shipping into July". Had not heard anything by end of June, so hubby checked. Was told estimate for Sept. Called sales rep to clarify and was told she did not say July, and they're waiting for parts and MAYBE Sept. Asked if we can cancel, was told it would be 25% restocking fee. FOR A COUCH THAT IS NOT IN STOCK. Just kept saying they can't do anything else and would not help further. Thousands of dollars for furniture that takes months and sales people who lie.
