I even asked another shopper if she sees it...thought I was loosing it! Left empty handed after running around. How about checking for the customer rather then sending them on a wild goose chase!

Looked online and many said it's impossible to open with a simple push down and turn. The videos showed people using pliers to open and or take the safety lid off. I used pliers to open it and it spilled everywhere as the videos showed. I used it and could not get the lid back on. It was not closed and leaning everywhere. The liquid is very purple and stained everyrhig including my fingers, clothes, and nails. Not to mention everything in my backyard and pool area. I've had enough and now wanted my money back. The product was good, but the container and safety lid are a horrible and unsafe design. The female at returns looked at me with diagust. I mentioned everything I mentioned above and she said that we - Rona - doesn't do returns on opened containers. She continued to tell me that her husband uses this product all of the time and one other person that she knows. I understood where she was going with her comment and I reiterated the facts above. She returned my money and repeated that her husband uses it all of the time. I mentioned that this issue will occur again and that she discusses this with her manager. She, again, told me that her husband uses it all of the time. I left. Management please look into Oatey Cleaner and Primer with safety lid. It is not a good design at all. Try it and see and maybe have a chat with the female at Returns. The one that has a husband that uses this product with no issues. If you have a resolution I'd be more than happy to come in for a demo. Please respond with a name of manager and I'll pop in.

Store called to the Cambridge location and we were advised they would not cut either. We went to Cambridge and Rona there had material in excellent condition and they cut the material requested right away. Lesson learned Cambridge and kitchener get our business now.

Don't order anything expensive ahead of time because who knows if its actually in stock. This happened twice in a month. Once with a lawnmower over $1000 with tax and once with a gas weed trimmer. Your money will be tied up for over a week before getting reimbursed. All because they can't cycle count properly
- AKA kJun 11, 20261.0Whenever I go into Rona on the Boardwalk it seems that there are many more people working there than customers. A lot of the workers are stood around chatting or eating or doing whatever yet I am supposed to cash myself out as there are no registers equipped with staff. So I would like to know when my pension kicks in as well as my benefits as I seem to do more work than the paid staff.

Is my online order confirmation page considered an official receipt?
No, your official sales receipt will be given to you when you complete the transaction at the store where you pick up your items. When will my online payment be processed?

How do I know that truck/van is available for rental at RONA+ location?
If you see a truck or van parked at the store, that’s the first sign that it’s available for rent. To save yourself a trip, you can call the RONA store’s customer service desk ahead of time to confirm availability. Rentals are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
How do I qualify for the vehicle rental?
To rent a vehicle, you must:
> Be at least 21 years old
> Hold a valid full driver’s license (not a graduated license)
> Provide proof of insurance in your name
> Present a major credit card
NOTE: For the Province of Saskatchewan, the customer must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver’s license.
Do RONA+ charge deposit for the truck/van rental?
A deposit of $500 for all rentals will be charged before we rent the van to a valid credit card. After inspection deposit will be refunded less the rental fee when customer return the van/truck.
How do I pay for the truck/van rental?
We accept all major credit cards.
Please note that cash, checks, gift cards, money orders, or prepaid visa cards are NOT accepted as payment for vehicle rentals. Store associates do not receive discounts on truck rentals and are charged the same rental fee as the customer.
Do RONA offer insurance for the vehicle rental?
At this time, RONA+ does not provide rental insurance. You’ll need to use your own liability insurance that covers non-owned vehicle rentals. Please make sure the proof of insurance is under the renter’s name.
What is your return policy for truck / van rental?
Returns are simple! When you bring back the vehicle, we’ll do a quick walkaround inspection and check the fuel gauge. As long as the vehicle is in the same condition and fuel level as when you rented it, you’re good to go.
