  We just received our new Optima Hot tub and we are thrilled. We met Brad in the Vaughan store a few months ago and we were impressed with him from the moment we met. Brad was extremely informative and answered all of our questions. We weren't able to see the model we wanted in the showroom because everything was sold out this year, so Brad set us up to go see our model in one of the owner's backyards. He then followed up with us to see if we were impressed and if we had any questions. Questions went back and forth between us and Brad via text messages. He was always there to answer a question whether it was during store hours and even after hours. We were soooo impressed! This guy is amazing and goes above and beyond the call of duty over and over again! Two days ago , our old hottub was removed and the new one placed. Brad had come over the week before to make sure everything was going to be smooth for the delivery. He then came by the day after to give us an introduction on how to take care of the new spa- ON CHRISTMAS EVE!!! Brad, thank you for all your help with our new spa. We hope this is the beginning of a great relationship as we embark on a new era with our new spa.

  This is my first tub and I always do my homework to make sure I can make an Informative decision based on many factors. I looked at many brands on and off line including Costco and many other offshore or discounted models but quickly realized and that it’s not about all the fancy lights, gadgets and other shiny objects but rather a solid brand with a proven product that’s made in North America with a great warranty and phenomenal service. After the novelty wears off this is what you’ll be left with so make your decisions wisely!! Sundance app provided us with Impeccable service all the way. Brian and Scott will do just about everything to please you and make sure you understand how to operate your hot tub and maintain it like a champ. I was shopping around for a while, But after reading the reviews and going down to the store I was convinced. I bought the Cameo model and could not be happier.

  My wife and I bought our Montclair tub from the Burlington store (the Vaughan location hadn't opened yet), and we love it, and the support from that location was great. Now with the Vaughan location, getting our chemicals is much more convenient for us, and all of the staff we've interacted with have been very helpful, regardless of the location. They've also been great with answering any questions we have, to help us keep our tub in tip top shape.
