Pros: Salesperson was very helpful.
Cons: Literally everything else dealing with this nightmare of a company.
Bottom line: Don’t shop here unless you don’t care what item you receive or when you receive it and have hours to spend chasing the company to get answers when they deliver the wrong items.
Full review: I purchased a matching headboard and bed frame in early March. I indicated I only wanted to buy the items if they would be available right away and was assured there was sufficient stock and they would be delivered in early April. On the delivery date I received the headboard I had ordered and a unmatching bed frame that was not the same colour, material or even made by the same company as the headboard I had ordered. I attempted to contact the store regarding the error the same day and several times the next day and no one answered the phone nor was there a way to leave a message. I emailed the Brick email supplied on the invoice, and used the Brick AI website support to submit a complaint. I received no answer from the company until I called the salesperson who had supplied his personal cell phone. The fact that he gave us his number probably should have made me question whether this is a typical issue for the company. After many more phone calls, sending photos of the items, and emails I was offered to keep the unmatching and non-functional items delivered for a “partial refund” or wait another 2 months for the rest of my bed to arrive. After another ridiculous amount of phone calls (over 20 total over the course of this issue, mostly unanswered) I eventually accepted a different bed than the one I had ordered and a small credit which took another week, another 6 phone calls and 2 unreturned emails to actually receive. Unless you are walking out of the store with your items in hand I would not trust this company to deliver what you have ordered or deal with any issues once they have your money.

I purchased a bedroom set, dining room set, and sectional couch from The Brick
two months ago. At the time of purchase, the sales representative advised me to buy everything immediately so I could select the exact delivery date and time. Unfortunately, that information turned out to be incorrect, as I was only able to schedule delivery one week beforehand. I was also told I needed to deal exclusively with the salesperson because the sale was tied to his commission.
When the furniture was delivered, I carefully inspected everything and reported all damages within 24 hours. A technician came a week later, but only took photos of the damage and no repairs have been completed since then.
I have repeatedly called the Vaughan store and have not received a single answer or callback. The lack of communication and customer service has been extremely disappointing, especially considering the amount of money spent.
Based on this experience, I would not purchase from The Brick again.

I wish I knew where to start. We bought a couch and it fell apart within a year. After spending almost $3000 we were told the best they could do was issue a credit of $900.00.
Staff advised me I could use this credit on anything in the store, anything online or any other brick store location. After deciding what I wanted to use the credit on I tried to contact the store to speak to a sales representative. The biggest problem is no one ever answers the phones. I tried to call on multiple dates, different times as well.
After many attempts of trying to get into contact with someone I decided to go into the store myself. Almost all the staff was sitting around on the furniture talking to each other. The phones ringing and absolutely no one cared to answer them. I was told by a sales associate that there was no manager on duty to speak with and that a manager would call me directly. After finding out from Charlie the manager that this is not the case that there is always a manager working I couldn’t help but understand why this store is so poorly managed and the staff is misinforming the customers.
We decided to since take our business to Brampton East location. We strongly recommended people to avoid doing business at the Woodbridge Brick unless you want your time to be wasted and to be lied too. The managers Charlie and Usha make promises that are not followed through by actions. We were told our credit is eligible for use by Usha the operations manager but we have since found out that it not the case. The credit was approved but not applied to our account. After again trying to get a hold of someone at the store we have had no luck.
Both my husband and I have called over 20 times each. We have no choice but to go into the store to have our concerns addressed.
I will also be contacting head office and complaining on this locations and its entire management team.

Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.
