    Ordered online for in-store pickup. They had it ready and checked all parts and item was not damaged as the box was damaged. Although they did take some time finding it when we came to pick it up. And was apologetic for the delay. Good customer service over all.

    Their electrical section is not organized and some employees have attitude and poor customer service. I was there about 30 minutes waiting for electrical department associate, nobody showed up and I left without finishing my shopping.

    It seems this branch is loosing its quality and sinking due the employees' attitude and their bad customer service. I was there yesterday and at the return desk an employee named Jerry has very bad behavior to a customer who wants to return a few items. Rona is better to take serious corrective actions to resolve such a obvious issue or they loose their customers more and more at this branch.

    Fantastic Customer Service. We recently had a mix up with a BBQ that we purchased. When I called in Nick the manager of the department and his team responded with such professionalism and presented a fair resolution that exceed our expectations. The delivery guys were fantastic as well. My husband and I are so happy with our purchase and highly recommend the Maple store .

    Attention Carlo store manager, It is with gratitude that I compose this email to enlighten you about the tremendous effort put forth by your staff at the Rona plus in Maple. I am particularly impressed with Sade, customer service dept, with whom I had several discussions while purchasing several home improvement items over the last month. I was wanting to purchase a gazebo and the installation as well an outdoor table and carpet in the near future . The gazebo that I wanted was an online purchase which we did in the store . I appreciated the thought and care and knowledge that Sade imparted during our conversations. She guided me in the correct timing re ordering and the details of the follow up process form the Rona installation company. Also the outdoor table that was delivered (thank you Nick for organizing this ! Since the product was assembled in store then sent to me) unfortunately it had wobbly legs and when I called Sade she immediately remedied the situation and sent Rocco over to tighten ( a thanks to him too) . These may seem like little tasks but I had a daunting backyard project to complete and Sade’s professionalism and caring really helped to make the process more smooth. She is articulate and bright and definitely in the right division. She is an asset to the store. I will shop exclusively at your store!!
