  We purchased a 3-seater sofa and the quality seems excellent so far. A special thanks to Mr. Prnay Sharma, who assisted us throughout the process. He was extremely knowledgeable about furniture and gave us honest recommendations with our best interests in mind rather than just trying to make a sale. The delivery experience was also very smooth — from coordinating with us on delivery day to carefully bringing the furniture up multiple floors and ensuring neither the sofa nor our condo unit was damaged. Overall, very satisfied with the entire experience at Leon’s Vaughan.

  I gave 5 stars so that my review would stay at the top and everyone could see it. We're in our second month and our order is still not completed. All the branches called and said they didn't have anything in stock. After the sale, nobody even looks at you. Stay away from this brand. We've been waiting for two months.

  I recently purchased a washer and dryer from Leon's and unfortunately the appliances arrived damaged — an issue originating with the manufacturer. What could have been a frustrating experience was completely turned around by Shatura, whose customer service was genuinely exceptional. She handled the situation with remarkable professionalism and empathy, making sure I felt heard and taken care of every step of the way. The level of care she showed is rare, and it's exactly what keeps customers coming back. Because of Shatura, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Leon's to anyone. Outstanding service.

  The mattress delivery was a complete disaster. They broke my lamps and drenched my place with snow (the dragged it in). Called the store and told them what happened. They told me that I need to speak to the delivery department as it was out of there hands. After three weeks of trying to find the delivery manager he finally called me and said he will escalate the matter to claims. The claims department never called me. After hours of cleaning and damaged lamps there was no solution or reimbursement provided. It's very unfortunate that once the sale has been made there is zero professionism or accountability.

  We bought many pieces of furniture today from Mr. Khandaker, and the experience was excellent from start to finish.
