  My family and I purchased several items from Leon’s, including their highest-priced memory foam mattress and an adjustable bed frame after being assured it was the best option. Also there was a great sales representative who helped us alot and he was so helpful and supportive. From the first night, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, and we could barely sleep. After many calls and visits, Leon’s allowed a one-time mattress exchange, but only for another mattress of equal or greater value. Unfortunately, the replacement mattress was just as uncomfortable. After months of trying different setups, I finally discovered that the biggest issue was actually the adjustable bed base, has a bump in back area, which made both mattresses feel uncomfortable and caused back pain. By then, it was too late to return it because of Leon’s strict policy.(less than a week) Now I’m left with an expensive mattress and adjustable base that I can’t use and will likely have to sell at a significant loss. For a purchase as important as a mattress, I strongly recommend buying from retailers with customer-friendly return policies, such as Costco or Wayfair. If the mattress or adjustable base doesn’t suit your body, being able to return it can save you thousands of dollars and a lot of frustration. Unfortunately, that was not a good experience with Leon’s.

  Mattress was delivered per schedule and my old mattress was moved to the garbage area per request. Store salesperson, Maryam was very helpful with her knowledge and kind dimeaner.

  This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had in Canada. There seems to be a constant atmosphere of conflict and misunderstanding, with little willingness from the staff or management to work with customers or find reasonable solutions. In my opinion, the main issue lies with the store’s management. Even when the general manager becomes involved, communication often remains unproductive and fails to resolve customer concerns. During my visit, I witnessed a serious dispute involving another customer, and I later experienced my own issues with the store’s handling of my situation. Unfortunately, my experience showed a lack of customer-oriented service and problem-solving. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this store and would advise others to consider purchasing furniture elsewhere, especially if after-sales support and customer service are important to you.

He took the time to answer all of our questions and made the entire shopping process easy and stress-free. Excellent customer service from start to finish.
