  I recently had a fridge, stove, and microwave delivered from Leon’s, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Mike and Nate were professional, friendly, and efficient from start to finish. They handled everything with care, made sure the appliances were in good condition, and were very respectful of my home. They made the whole delivery process smooth and stress-free. Excellent customer service and a great experience overall. Thanks again, Mike and Nate!

  Excellent service durant la vente et aussi à la livraison. Mike et Nate ont pris soin de chacun des morceaux, ont assemblé le lit et le miroir à la commode tout en faisant bien attention aux meubles. Vraiment épatée de mon expérience avec Leon’s Trenton!

  We are repeat customers of Leon's, Quinte West. This time, we returned for a new fridge and were not disappointed in their service and deals once again! Mike, our delivery team, blew me away this time with his absolutely outstanding service 👏. His bright and sunny disposition, made all the difference in my day! Especially since our old fridge leaked and caused damage to our home. In a very stressful time, this location of Leon's has really made my life easier and I speak volumes about how if it doesn't go smoothly, or perfectly, which is hasn't always, this entire team goes out of their way to make it better for their customers. I hope Mike knows what a difference he made and how his incredible personality caused me to pause and actually send a review this time. Mike is truly that shining star, I would want delivering things inside my home! A hand shake, a warm and friendly smile and courteous service are definitely values he holds!

  We purchased a dishwasher and after 3 years of service calls they finally replaced it. The brand new dishwasher does not work and will not turn on. No power at all leons will do nothing. We have to go through service calls again which I dont feel is correct. If a brand new item does not work it should be replaced or reimbursed with no run around. Will not shop at leons again

  Recently purchased a recliner from the Trenton location. Dealt with James. James was great. He greeted us with a pleasant hello and friendly smile. James is very knowledgeable with the products we enquired about and there is plenty of selection to choose from. I would encourage you to visit Trenton Leon’s for your next furniture purchase. And I would also encourage you to ask for James to help you make your next addition to your home. Great experience on this trip.
