    I recently purchased a stacked washer dryer unit from this location but ran into issues with installation and then later with the unit itself. Both issues were handled by the manager and her staff professionally, seamlessly, and efficiently. Everyone was responsive, helpful, knowledgable, and supportive. I was truly impressed and they have a lifelong customer in me based on how well they handled not one, but two, problems in close succession.

    My experience with The Brick today was extremely disappointing. The delivery team came to replace a defective reclining chair. Unfortunately, the delivery person was dismissive from the beginning. He did not listen to what I was trying to explain and instead chose to ignore me and speak directly with my condo’s security staff without addressing my concerns first. While I was still trying to explain the issue, he simply walked away and left, without resolving the problem or showing any willingness to communicate professionally. I then contacted The Brick store on Yonge Street to file a complaint. Sadly, the experience became even more frustrating. The store manager repeatedly interrupted me and did not allow me to fully explain what had happened. Rather than listening to a customer, she was dismissive and unhelpful, leaving me with no confidence that my concerns were being taken seriously. What disappointed me the most was not the defective product, but the complete lack of communication, respect, and customer service shown by both the delivery representative and the store management. I expected a much higher standard from The Brick.

    The delivery went really well, the two guys who brought tge item took it out of the box and reminded me to keep the box for 60 days in case of the warranty. However the delivery people were supposed to call and give me a window which they never did, and apparently I was the last person that day which made me an hour late for an appointment. So I was very disappointed about that and would prefer more communications in the future.

    The Brick use a 3rd party delivery service so they can avoid any responsibility for damages. The delivery team dragged a heavy king matress through two rooms leaving highly visible tracked scratches on our wood floor. I called the store practically in tears and the person I spoke with couldn't have cared less. The Brick denies liability because they say I signed for delivery which includes an attestation there was no damage, however the signature is not mine - in fact the delivery team did not even request a signature. All I wanted was to be reimbursed for a couple of stain markers to try to mask the scratches myself (not that anyone ever asked). Strongly recommended you shop at Structube who use an excellent delivery service, and have great in-store staff who are very responsive.
