    I have been coming to this store for years but lately I have been approached by the most obnoxious Rogers sales people in the store trying to sell me the Roger's products. They will not take no for an answer and try to hard sell me on the products. Why is this store allowing these sales people in the store. I visited the store 3 to 4 times a week and I come for Rona products and service not to be bothered by obnoxious and annoying Roger's sales people. Please someone explain why you have allowed this to happen in this store. I will take my business to Home Depot on Curity if this new annoyance continues.

    I am a customer with disabilities, and I politely asked Andrea ( Front End Manager) if I could exit through the customer service area because walking through the regular exit was difficult for me. Instead of showing understanding or offering assistance, she was dismissive, rude, and simply pointed me toward the other exit without any effort to help. What made the situation especially upsetting was that shortly before my interaction, I personally witnessed Andrea allowing and assisting another customer through the same customer service exit. Because of that, it did not appear to be a store policy issue but rather it felt like I was treated differently and unfairly despite respectfully explaining my situation. As a customer with accessibility needs, I expect to be treated with basic dignity, respect, and professionalism. The way Andrea handled this interaction made me feel embarrassed, ignored, and discriminated against. Front-end management should represent the store positively and be willing to assist customers, especially those with disabilities, rather than responding with impatience and disrespect. Never coming back to this store again.

    Spoke to 3 different people for help and all sent me the a different place. The staff working at the Rogers station helped me more than the Rona staff. Once I mentioned this to a staff, they were helpful. I just needed a doorbell.

    I visited the customer service section to ask for clarification regarding an ongoing promotion advertised as 15% off regular-priced items with a minimum $100 purchase before taxes. As a RONA VIP Pro member, I wanted to better understand how the discount applies on top of the usual 5%. While speaking with the head cashier, I was told that certain exclusions apply, including seasonal items. I suggested that it might be helpful to clearly indicate these exclusions in the advertisement (for example, specifying “seasonal items excluded”) to avoid confusion for customers. It feels misleading that customers only find out which items qualify for the promotion after checkout. At that point, another employee named Fateh interjected from behind in a dismissive and rude tone, stating, “exclusions apply, it’s on the ad.” I was simply asking for clarification because there’s no reference which items were excluded. The staff even continued talking among themselves while I was still at the counter, which felt unprofessional. Overall, a traumatizing experience. I would hesitate to return to this store.
