  We had such an amazing experience at Restoration Hardware! We actually came from out of town because I wanted to take my daughter to the special Toy Story experience , and I wanted to end the day with a beautiful mother-daughter dinner. It was absolutely worth the drive. The restaurant is stunning, the atmosphere is elegant yet welcoming, and the food was outstanding. Every dish we ordered was delicious. Our server, Mishelle (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly!), truly made the evening unforgettable. She was so warm, attentive, and personable. The conversation flowed so naturally, and she made us feel genuinely welcome from start to finish. She even told me I looked like my daughter’s sister—which completely made my night! Thank you for making our special day together even more memorable. The food, the service, and the atmosphere were all exceptional. We’ll definitely be making the trip back!

  RH is my absolute favourite restaurant in the city, but today’s visit takes the cake. The service was top tier. Easily 20/10, and we have Tavin and Ivett to thank for that. We left completely wowed and grateful. Thank you team for an excellent visit. Can’t wait to come back! I highly recommend anyone reading this to experience this restaurant! You will not be disappointed!!!

  Six of us went for dinner on a Sunday night. The restaurant was less than half full. A waitress brought the drinks. She was standing at the end of the rectangular table. She asked whose drink it was, I said mine. Instead of coming around to give it to me, she plunked it in the middle of the table which I could not reach easily. The service was extremely s-l-o-w. We went in at 7:15 and came out at 10 p.m. The waiter came with the bill without offering desserts, tea or coffee.What a salesman for RH. The food was ok even though 2 guests complained how small the portions were. Not going back there. That “upscale” restaurant does not deserve its status.

  Had a great time there… the staff was very friendly. The Burrata & Caviar was the standout appetizer and absolutely delicious. For the main course, we had the Wagyu, which had a subtle sweetness that made it unique and incredibly flavorful. It was my favorite dish of the evening, even more than the salmon, which was also good. My only disappointment was the early closing hours. Both from restaurant and gallery. I was hoping to visit the gallery, but it closes at 7 PM, which was a bit frustrating. Since the restaurant stays open until 9 PM, it would have been nice to have more time to enjoy the full experience. And in fact the restaurant closing at 9pm was quite early.

  The staff is very friendly. The quality is not high end that you would expect. Its about 40 calls later back and forth. 4 delivery dates to date for a table and chairs. Cushions dont fit the product, the chairs arrived with chipping powder coating, the table finish for the teak does 0 protection for food. If a simple item is dropped on it will stain. You basically can not use the outdoor teak table without using a tablecloth. I ordered leather furniture about 12 years ago which is perfect, well constructed and had no issues. The billing is a nightmare and have charges all over the place for various amounts which do not make sense. They sold me 2 extra chairs for a total of 12 however only 10 fit under the table. The chairs arrive with cheap plastic cushion fasteners on the chairs. 2 were broken upon delivery and.1/2 chairs with no covers at all. The delivery driver lead me out of the driveway and scratched my truck as they did not put down the bed. They keep passing off who's responsible. It is very difficult to find quality products that last and I was hoping the extremely high price tags meant superior quality. Kristen and Ghazel from the toronto store said they would offer me the sale price via phone due to all the billing issues as they went on sale prior to delivery however when I folled up today regarding all the issues, 2 weeks later I recieved an email that I was charged the agreed amount. Multiple people call and try to rectify who are super kind and personable (not theor fault regarding the quality) however it seems to be more of a process/billing/manufacturing issue.
