  I visited the RH restaurant at Yorkdale Mall and honestly, the space alone is worth going for. The chandeliers are stunning and give the whole place a really elegant, upscale vibe—it feels more like a showroom than a typical restaurant. We ordered the chicken sandwich, RH burger, chicken salad, and fried sweet potatoes, and everything came out really solid. The standout for me was definitely the burger—the patty was juicy and flavorful, and the sauce tied everything together perfectly. Easily something I’d recommend if you’re going for the first time. The chicken sandwich and salad were both fresh and well-balanced, and the fried sweet potatoes were a great side—crispy on the outside, soft inside, not overly greasy. Service was also great throughout the meal—attentive without being overbearing, which matched the overall atmosphere really well. Overall, it’s a bit on the pricier side, but you’re paying for both the ambiance and the quality. Definitely a good spot if you want a nicer dining experience at Yorkdale.

  I visited the store recently and had a disappointing experience. The brown lady sitting on the main floor by the elevator didn’t seem interested in helping and came across with an attitude. On top of that, her breath smelled very unpleasant, which made the interaction uncomfortable and difficult to continue. Overall, not the level of customer service I expected.

  I used to shop here back in 2020–2021 and the service was honestly great—staff were friendly, helpful, and took their time with customers. I came in recently and the experience was completely different. The staff felt rushed, not very friendly, and didn’t seem interested in helping. The associate at the main floor entrance wasn’t helpful and didn’t seem willing to assist during our interaction, which set the tone for the visit. I also noticed a lack of basic professionalism during the interaction, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. Pretty disappointing, especially for a brand like this. Hopefully they can get the service back to how it used to be.

  Went there for brunch and it was an amazing experience. We tried the Swedish pancakes and smashed whole avocado, food was excellent just as expected and the service was also outstanding. Thank you Yunah! See you again soon.
