Just had a great experience here. The store is nice and everyone is so helpful. Sam was awesome with my belt repair, and they do shoe and accessory repairs too. Highly recommend!`

They accused us of scamming them. We didn’t even get any refund, we just wasted $330 and he didn’t even give my loafer back yet. We just wanted to find some solutions to this problem. Look at how he responds to the customers. So unprofessional. Don’t go here.

Just same comment as everyone who left One star review. Horrible customer service, poor work and sucks Manager? Owner? whatever. The only good thing was that one great employee. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here.

*UPDATE* Photo evidence of a review where they have done the same thing. Promised something they couldn’t deliver and then blame you. If I could give less than 1 star I would. We had the same problem many other people have had. We went into the store to fix an old pair of Gucci loafers that were pulling at the side since the glue had started to disintegrate. One of the employees (who was really nice) suggested to just buy glue and glue them ourselves at home, he even sold us the glue from the store, but then another employee (maybe a manager) looked at the shoe and told us "The only way to fix this is with a brand new sole". We were told it would be over $300 to change the sole. We decided to go with the glue but later that day figured if the only way to "fix" it was to change the sole, then we would spend the money. We had to put a deposit of $100 on the shoes before the pickup. Our shoes took 1 month to be finished! When we finally went to pick them up, we asked for a small discount since it had taken so long and they gave us $10 off, which is fine since they are a smaller business. The sole itself is done okay, the stitching is fine but it in NO WAY fixed the glue on the sides. It was already pulling up on the sides as soon as we picked it up. We were told directly the only way to fix it was with a $300 repair, if they would have told us honestly that there was no way to fix it we wouldn't have spent any money there. Now we are stuck of a pair of shoes with a fine sole but ripping at the sides and lost over $300+tax. We asked for a refund at the store, and the nice employee told us he would have to ask the boss and to expect a call. We waited for 1 week and received a call from the owner who was not very pleasant and in NO WAY wanted to work with us to figure out the solution until the end of the call when he offered $20 -$40 store credit? I appreciate it is a smaller business and the offer of $20-$40 store credit but we are never shopping at your store again so how would a store credit benefit us? He was a bit rude and was bad at customer service since he didn't seem the care about our problem. He said "If it was amazon or google you could ask for a refund but not from a small business". Sir, we didn't ask for a full refund and would have been open to figuring out a solution for both of us, but you made it clear that you don't care about the actually service considering we cant even use the shoes and have spent over $300 in your store. A little understanding/patience and working with you customer will go a long way. If the owner wasn't so stubborn, we could have figured out a solution and i wouldn't be writing this review at all. Let's hope he doesn't call us back like the other customers who left bad reviews and harass us.
