  I bought a fridge from Leon's Danforth. The sales associate, Juliet, was very good. I knew what I wanted to buy and the features of the transaction that were important. Juliet was very responsive, and accommodating when elements were out of her control. The two delivery men were very good as well. What leaves me disappointed is the technology that is paired with the sales and delivery personnel. Texted survey links disappear. Emailed tracking links disappear. If it weren't for the employees' good people skills, the purchase would have fallen apart. I have yet to form an opinion of the fridge itself, and what Leons' after-sale support will be.

  Please avoid this place at all costs. Save your time, money, and stress. Our family just moved into a new home and were in need of furniture. My husband wanted to go to Ikea but I told him we should go to Leons instead because they are a well-known reputable company. Now im regretting my choice. I had a delivery yesterday morning for products that cost me more than $900 but items were missing. After calling all day yesterday I still have not heard back from the store with a solution. *Update: I received the missing items from the store today - 4 days after the original delivery date. As I unwrapped the rest of the items from the protective wrap I noticed there are scratches all over the wood. I will not purchase from this business again.

  The delivery was the worst experience. They were supposed to deliver in am and came at 8:00 pm. The customer service was lying to be in touch with the driver via text messages and by the end of the day they admitted the truck was broken. Hey, why didn’t you tell immediatelly that out delivery will be delayed or offer to be rescheduled rather than letting us wait all day. Such a bad service!
