  I had a wonderful experience shopping at Leon’s! The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the whole process. A special thank you to Rafi, who went above and beyond to help me. He was patient, professional, kind, and made everything so much easier for me. I truly appreciated his excellent customer service and the time he took to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Overall, I had a great experience with the entire team and would definitely recommend this location. Thank you Rafi and everyone at Leon’s! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I had a very disappointing experience with Leon’s Furniture. As a newcomer to Canada, I visited the store to buy furniture. The salesperson, Sanjay, helped me choose the items and told me I could finance the purchase with monthly payments of $117 for 2 years. Before agreeing, I specifically asked if there was any interest, because I would not have taken the financing if there was. He clearly told me there was no interest. Based on that information, I signed the agreement and trusted him. When the 2-year term ended, I contacted the finance company to pay off the balance and close the account. To my surprise, they told me I still had 2 more years of payments remaining because the loan had 29% interest. I was shocked because this was completely different from what I had been told. I called Sanjay and explained the situation. He said it was the finance company’s mistake and assured me he would get it resolved. I trusted him again, but after 6 months of waiting, nothing was resolved. When I finally went back to the store, I was told that Sanjay no longer works there. This whole experience has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I feel I was misled about the financing terms, and I have not received the support I expected from the store after the sale. I cannot recommend this Leon’s location based on my experience. My advice to anyone considering financing is to read every document carefully and verify all loan terms directly with the finance company before signing.

  Terrible experience from delivery to product quality. I was told I would be notified 24 hours before delivery with the delivery time so I could book my building’s elevator. Instead, I received a call 5 minutes before they arrived, leaving me no time to arrange the elevator. When I called to reschedule and asked for a narrower delivery window so this wouldn’t happen again, I was told “better luck next time.” Completely unprofessional and dismissive customer service. After finally managing to receive the couch, the frame ended up snapping in two days…

  We visited the Danforth branch last month to buy sofa for our home. Rafik guided us during our visit and was incredibly professional and helpful throughout the entire purchase process. Even after the sofa was delivered, he followed up with us to ensure everything was satisfactory. He truly goes above and beyond the role of a regular salesperson. We will definitely look to get services at this branch again in the future!

  Buying the couch at the store was actually a great experience, but I’m so disappointed in the delivery. It was a nightmare. The first team that showed up didn't even put in an effort. They took one look, decided it was too hard, and gave up without trying. I showed the second team a different entrance into the unit that I assured them would work. They refused to even take the couch off the truck. Both of those crews were incredibly rude and dismissive, making an already frustrating situation feel so much worse. Leon's finally sent a third team with three men, and they were fantastic. They actually put in the effort, communicated and got the couch inside with no issues. I love the couch, but management seriously needs to look into the attitude and work ethic of their delivery drivers. Super disappointing and I’d be hesitant to ever support this company again. Update: I have tried to contact the manager at least 6 times to follow up and he’s never there or in meetings
