  I did my order online the layout was understandable and the picture quality was amazing. The check out was fast and they gave me the option to pick my delivery date. The delivery guy were very careful with my package and very responsible. Thank Leon's for your service.

  I bought four chairs from Leon’s Weston and I’m very happy with my purchase. They look just as beautiful as they did in the store. Delivery was on time, and assembly was easy. I noticed two small paint marks, but they were minor and didn’t affect my overall satisfaction. Overall, I’m very pleased with the chairs and happy with my purchase.

  My parents ordered a king mattress and bed from Leon’s, they were super excited to receive it when the delivery men came to drop it off. 30 minutes after they left we realized they had backed up their truck into our retaining wall that we had recently built. We reached out to Mike, the warehouse manager at the Leon’s location we purchased it at. We received no answer after multiple attempts. Once we finally got a hold of him, he said he was going to escalate the issue and get back to us. This was ongoing for months. Once we got a hold of their head office representative, he told us that Mike was waiting on video footage. We did not recieve any request for video footage from Mike. The video footage was deleted after having waited months on Mike’s response. If this matter had been handled sooner, we would’ve quickly provided footage as Ring deletes video footage after 60 days. After several months of waiting, they finally sent over 2 guys from the company to take a look at the damage. The men were extremely unprofessional and disrespectful towards my father who was a long time customer. The conversation got nowhere, and nothing was done about the damage as they completely denied accountability. I would never shop here again, especially after the disrespect towards my father who remained calm and collected throughout the entire conversation. They handled the situation very poorly. This was pathetic.

  Mixed review here.. the sales people are great and helpful but the delivery part is a nightmare. The guys claimed they couldn't get a couch in the elevator, even though myself and my dad got a bigger couch in it a few years ago. They didnt try very hard or for very long and then said they bring it up the stairs for an extra $250. We sent it back and picked another sofa..a sectional. Which was delivered today by a different team. Now, when we were at the store we asked of we had to wrap our old sofa in plastic for them to remove it. I was assured, no. Thats only for mattresses and box springs. And today during the delivery, the guys were upset that my couch wasnt wrapped up. Please get on the same page!! I was ready and willing to buy a couch cover at the time of purchase. The delivery guys didnt want yo take my sofa, but thankfully they did

  Love the furniture we bought. Our sales rep, Oliver, was great until he wasn't. We understood and confirmed that certain pieces come day of delivery were going to be assembled outside the assembly fee therefore, we decided to not go with the additional assembly. Come day of delivery, the Leons associates did not assemble what was promised to be assembled. After speaking with our rep, he assured us that it should have been put together and said management would call us then the next day on the phone, they decided to put the blame it on us saying we told them NOT to do their job and claimed that certain pieces of furniture were never promised to be assembled. Even after requesting to speak to management over a week ago, I have yet to receive a phone call. Now we're left to assemble our entire bedroom set on our own due to employee's lack of knowledge and accountability. Disappointed in the service and would not recommend buying from this location.
