I recently purchased a Kingsdown Rothwell mattress from Leon’s and had a very positive experience, especially thanks to Jassi, the sales associate who helped me.
Jassi was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and extremely helpful throughout the process. When I needed to make a change to my mattress order, he took the time to work through everything with me and make sure I understood the pricing and updated order details. I even texted him late into the night and he got back to me within minutes.
What impressed me most was his willingness to follow up and investigate my questions and concerns. He took the time to look into the details and provided me with an updated invoice so everything was clear and transparent. He really provided that human touch and I really appreciated it!
The mattress itself feels great, and I'm very happy with my purchase. The mattress feels comfortable and supportive, and I'm looking forward to many good nights of sleep on it.
Thank you, Jassi, for your excellent customer service and for making the entire experience so much easier and more enjoyable. Your professionalism and willingness to help really stood out. I would definitely recommend Jassi and Leon’s to anyone looking for a mattress or anything else for the home. Thanks again!

One of the worst experiences I have ever had, do yourself a favor and find Ikea or something else if you wish to be treated with respect and integrity. I ordered a Neptune sectional sofa from this store and paid $ 1300 for delivery, the sofa came without legs, and the assembly person informed me to call the store to get the missing parts. When I called the store on Aug 15, one customer service agent told me I will have the parts the next day at 10 am, mind you this is a Sunday, and I was informed a technician will come and fix this situation.
Sunday came and I waited till 2 pm, called customer service 10 times, and was informed by someone that nobody is coming, employees never bothered to even call or inform that someone wont be coming. On top of this, the second customer service agent said that the first agent was misinformed and that Leon's doesn't provide missing parts, customer needs to come to the store or arrange themselves , also she will make a "one time exception" ( sounded like a favor) and send the missing parts soon and she mentioned another follow up call will be provided the third day, August 17 at 2 pm.
Surprise, when the day came Leon's never bothered to call again, and customer had to again call 10 times to ask what's happening, then a third gentleman comes on the line, and states smugly previous two agents gave wrong information, he also mentioned that he can provide a "$25" gift card. (Not even 5 percent of the purchase cost) for all the hassle (and a $1300 purchase going to dust), he also said he doesn't see any notes staying the "10 am technician coming" and basically implied customer could be lying, he also mentioned the store ran out of legs and will take a month for this to ship, he also mentioned he knows how harrassing this is but neither will they replace the sofa with another one, not provide a refund, rather according to his manager their store charges a fee for replacement.
This has to be the most horrible experience I have had, and I will think twice before buying this brand again , nor will I recommend this to others, that sofa is sitting split in half since the day it has come, and the employees Leon's is hiring to handle customer concerns is doing the company brand name a huge disservice, nobody is giving straight answers, agents are contradicting each other and doubting the customer and never delivering, customers are left calling after hollow follow up promises/calls or products which never get delivered, what they don't realize while causing all this inconvenience while harrassing customers with wrong information or 25 dollar gift cards is that this will be escalated on social media, and its bad for business and will cost the leadership a receding customer base, which will cost them probably millions in the long run.
So my advice to you all is stay away from this place, spend a $ 100 more and go to a reputable place where you will be happy spending money and the brand has some integrity when it comes to respecting the customer base or honoring commitments, they should learn from other stores who happily replace products with missing parts than make a customer regret why they ever picked this brand. Customer service is not about providing the perfect product, but ensuring some empathy when dealing with situations where customers have defective items, in those times how a company treats it's client base is the mark of a true brand.
Horrible, and some day the seniors and corporate board in this place will wake up and take note of shoddy customer management, this will also be reported to consumer forums treating customers so shabbily.

Recently, I assisted my friend Mike in purchasing a new mattress. Due to his serious health issues, one being uncomfortable back pain, Jassi provided few options to address these concerns.
Mike did make an educated decision adding an electric base that would elevate the function and support of his new mattress.
Delivery was finally arranged, but experienced few disappointing issues. Mike not feeling good could not wrap the mattress with the bags provided and asked some assistance of the few delivery guys.
As was agreed upon, the old mattress was to be disposed of along with the base. The base was brought outside as agreed, but they left without returning to dispose of the mattress.
After addressing this with Jassi, he kindly offered to come personally to his place and help dispose of the mattress in question.
I want to sincerely thank Jassi for offering and going out of his way to provide great customer service and a satisfied customer.
I would like to suggest having the delivery people wear disposable booties when entering someone’s home. Additionally, they should be provided with disposable gloves to assist any possible situations.
Would have been great for them to have compassion to help someone in obvious need.
Thank you again!
