  Absolute worst customer service experience of my life. Avoid this store at all costs.We bought a couch here in May 2025. Within months, the seats severely sank. A technician came to "fix" it, but the sinking instantly happened again, and the couch now has a foul odour. We went to the store in January 2026 to get this resolved. A representative named Ashnoor told us we could get a full store credit or repair, but her manager Neena had to approve the amount. She said Neena was away until the end of April and promised we would get a call back then.We waited patiently for months. The end of April came and went—no call. I had to call this store every single day from May 11th to May 14th just to get an update. I explicitly left messages asking Neena to call me back. Instead, Neena deliberately ignored my request, called my husband, and spoke over him aggressively. She refused to listen, made excuses about "how busy she is," and completely shifted the goalposts.Neena is now claiming it is not a store credit, but a restrictive "warranty credit" that must be used "couch-to-couch" within 30 days. This is a blatant lie and a breach of what the salesman, the customer service desk, and Ashnoor explicitly promised us when we bought the protection plan. They completely wasted our time from January to May, and now they are trying to trap us into a rushed 30-day furniture purchase.The management here is rude, unprofessional, and deceptive. They treat genuine customers like garbage once they have your money. Do not trust their verbal promises or their warranties.

  Bought two mattresses which were delivered as promised. On day of delivery they send a link so you can track the truck's route. So far we're pleased with the quality of the mattresses.

  Delivery tracking system is excellent - like tracking an Uber! They give you 4 hour window the night before and you can see where you are in line the day of. Deliver person was pleasant and efficient. I would consider Leon’s for future purchases.

  I was just got the glider recliner of my dreams from Leon's and couldn't have been happier with the product and delivery. I had a very specific vision and set of requirements for this glider, and was thrilled to have found it at Leon's. The comfort of the fabric combined with the ease and movement of the recliner is fantastic. It will be perfect for my nursery. Shivaani was so incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond to secure the recliner for me. It was a somewhat high pressure situation as it was the only one left. It also did not fit into my car when I tried to pick it up. But Leon's was able to deliver it from the Toronto location to Guelph. The delivery crew also brought the chair upstairs and assembled it. I really appreciate Shivaani and the delivery crew at Leon's for their assistance with this chair and can't wait to use it rock my baby to sleep.

  I have been a loyal, consistent customer of Leon’s for years, which makes this review even more frustrating to write. My recent experience completely changed my opinion, largely due to an interaction with a staff member named Dave. His behaviour was unprofessional, dismissive, and, in my experience, misleading. Even while we were actively discussing the purchase, he gave the clear impression that a quoted price included all aspects of the product, rather than properly clarifying that it referred to separate items. This lack of transparency felt intentional and left us making a decision without full and accurate information. The sales approach came across as overly aggressive and lacking honesty, relying on tactics that prioritized closing the deal over ensuring the customer fully understood what they were paying for. As a long-time customer, I expected straightforward communication, but instead I left feeling misled and taken advantage of. It’s incredibly disappointing to see how quickly years of loyalty can be disregarded. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to Leon’s. One interaction with Dave was enough to undo any goodwill I had toward this business. Management should seriously review how their staff communicate pricing and details, because this was a significant failure in transparency and customer service.
