  I had an extremely frustrating experience with this company. I purchased a full container shipment, valued at approximately $42,000 USD, containing frozen potatoes and fruits. Yet, to this day, we have only released about 15% of the container’s contents, and they are now demanding nearly $9,500 CAD. This is despite our clear agreement, and there is no justification for these excessive charges. In fact, Mohammad Ali, the employee who handled my case, presented the company as professional and reliable. Unfortunately, what followed was a complete lack of transparency. I was billed for container unloading twice, additional pallet charges that were never agreed upon, and other unexplained fees. This is a blatant breach of trust. A company of this scale should not operate with such negligence. I strongly urge anyone considering this company to think carefully, as my experience with Mohammad Ali and their billing practices has been unacceptable. I cannot recommend them.

  Very responsive with fast replies and excellent communication throughout the process. Professional packing and logistics service, with great transportation and packing rates. Highly recommended, looking forward to working with them again.

  I was searching for a short term rental to complete a very crucial task in my logistics flow. Knight in shining armour, Mohamad Al-Ali, Logistics Coordinator, reached out with a solution by connecting me with a storage facility that had exactly what I needed at a very reasonable cost.
