  I had a really good experience with this company and the location near the Stockyards. The staff were very knowledgeable and helped me pick out everything I needed quickly. I took a while to finalize one choice and the staff called me to check in on how my decision making was coming - I appreciated the reminder. I chose professional measurements and installation because the price was good and well worth the hassle it would have been for me to do it. The installer was super friendly and courteous - he asked if I wanted my newborn's blinds done first so that I could put him down for a nap and he also wore a mask without me having to ask, which I appreciated. The online tracking and ability to book my installation online as well as the text reminders were helpful - the whole process was very streamlined. There was a 5 week, or so, wait for the blinds to be manufactured but I think these types of delays are typical these days. I'm happy with the quality of the black out blinds I ordered so far.

  I called in need of a part. They said over the phone they could absolutely help me. I drove to the store, and Sofia was so helpful. Within a half hour, we fixed the problem, thanks to the friendly and knowledgeable staff. Easy fix!
