  I visited this store to get a quote for window treatments for my home, but instead of receiving professional customer service, I was met with condescending and disrespectful treatment. The sales representative made me feel as though I did not have the financial means to invest in something as simple as curtains. To make matters worse, the “interior designer” sarcastically told me that I had wasted her time and repeatedly emphasized that she was a highly successful designer capable of selling much more expensive projects, as if that were relevant to our interaction. I am genuinely happy for her success and for any large sales she may close. However, I would strongly recommend that this company invest in customer service training. Customers should never be made to feel obligated to purchase something simply because an employee spent time presenting products, nor should they be judged or belittled based on assumptions about their financial situation. It is disappointing because I am absolutely committed to making this upgrade in my home, but it will not be with this company. And one final note for your designer: if she is presenting herself as a professional designer, she should consider using actual design software rather than taking my photo and generating concepts with AI. I can do that myself. What I cannot accept is being humiliated while seeking a quote as a potential customer. A disappointing experience from start to finish.

  10/10 experience! I purchased blackout blinds for my condo with Naz (the store manager). She was incredibly knowledgeable and provided me with a variety of options. The process was seamless, reasonably priced and the installer did a great job. Highly recommend!

  I am so pleased with my new drapes. They absolutely complete the look I was going for. The sales, measuring and installation team were exceptional both in service and their attention to detail, guiding me in my choices. I’m so happy that I’ve decided to add drapes in my living room as well. Thank you, Blinds to go!
