  I would gladly give 10 stars if I could! The representative who assisted me was extremely kind, patient, and professional. He took the time to answer all my questions and helped me find the best storage option for my needs. His excellent customer service made the whole experience easy and stress-free.   After being a customer for two years, My unit was riddled in moths And the contents of my unit were completely destroyed. The compensation they continued to give me was half off units for the next three months while putting me in something smaller with things that obstructed the size I could only choose from the first floor or the fourth floor after constant robberies on the first floor I wasn’t interested I have officially moved out and will be complaining to all aspects of higher management as it was so poorly taken care of. I do not recommend this place to anybody. It is disgusting. It smells and your items will be damaged.
