  I see that less-than-perfect reviews tend to quietly disappear over time. There’s a lot of pressure to leave a 5 star review while they’re setting up your account, but then the first 30% price increase hits. Then whenever they feel like it, they’ll raise your rate by 10% or so because of “current market conditions”, with 2-3 weeks’ notice at most. You will end up paying more than any of their non-promotional prices, guaranteed. The storage facility is fine. The company is predatory.

  AMAZING customer support, though the hours are odd. If we are automated using codes and keys why can we only come and actually get into the building until 10pm? When youre packing and moving sometimes things go wrong and it ALWAYS takes more time than you think. Make ot 24 hour access for those with keys. Otherwise, actually amazing, and it really made my moving situation SO much easier!

  Friendly and accommodating staff. New facility and looks very clean. I did see a number of what appeared to be fruit flies as we were loading in, which was disconcerting. Staff said this was being treated next week.

  We had a wonderful experience at Access Storage Toronto Bathurst, near Bathurst and Dupont. Natasha was lovely from start to finish. She was patient, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process so simple. We never felt rushed, and thanks to her help, we found the storage solution that worked best for us. Thank you, Natasha, for making a stressful part of moving so much easier!

  The storage units are clean and well kept, the staff is friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Accessing the storage unit is very easy and simple to understand also. I would recommend this storage facility for anyone looking for a clean, reliable and hassle free place to store their belongings.
