  Access storage is amazing! I had previously rented a storage unit at a nearby facility and I just moved a month ago and so happy I did! Customer experience is a world of a difference. Polite, professional, and patient staff. They were able to walk through the building with me to see various storage options and helped me figure what would work best. Convenient location and new facility is a plus!

  Helpful and friendly staffs! Sahil and Natasha are patient and humorous! Terms were clearly outlined and the staffs dedicated in giving an effort to make sure the terms were thoroughly understood. It was such a positive experience being a customer here and I would definitely be one again if I need to rent a storage unit later! Another thanks (and apologies) to the staff which answered my call and patiently explained the renting process — I am quite bad at remembering names.

  This a beautiful, clean and well managed storage facility. The staff are very kind and helpful, I showed up early for my appointment just before opening hours and r they kindly let me in to get started early haha! I feel much more calm about having to store my belongings for a month now that I’ve seen where they’ll be.

  My first time using a storage unit and access storage has made the process so easy and effortless. The staff is extremely nice and friendly! The facility is perfect, very clean and modern. I feel extremely comfortable having my belongings somewhere safe and a high quality facility.

  Wonderful experience! This is my first time renting a storage unit and didn’t know what to expect. I was welcomed by Natasha who is very personable, and patiently explained the process including various options and unit sizes. She gave me all the time I needed to ponder my options and make a decision on the perfect space for me. I would not hesitate to recommend this Access Storage location, as the facility is clean, secure, and well organized. I couldn’t ask for more. Thank you Natasha for making this a pleasant and seamless experience!!
