  Very lovely and friendly ladies. The customer service was really great, the units and surroundings are well kept and I was given all the information I needed. Would recommend.

  Excellent communication and customer service, reasonable price for downtown Toronto, facility is very clean, organized and easy to navigate as they are really good at explaining the whole process. Would highly recommend to students for summer dorm/apartment storage as the mini locker (5x5x4) was more than enough room for my belongings.

  I have been using Access storage for years and in multiple locations. It has always been a good experience. This time on Bathurst I only needed one month and they had the 4-week-free promo so I ended up paying 35$ admin fee. The unit wasn't swept really well, I had to do it myself before moving in. Something important to know, the hours in this location are strict.10pm the alarm starts ringing and the security comes. Then there is a fine of 250$ the second time you get to do it. Highly recommended overall.

  Great customer service at this location — quotes and contracts are very straightforward, with no surprises or hidden fees. The facilities are in excellent condition (brand‑new units), with elevator access and solid security protocols. Entry and exit are seamless through a coded keypad. It can get a bit crowded at the end or beginning of the month, so it’s worth planning around that. Indoor parking for loading and unloading is limited, but manageable. Not the cheapest option in my opinion, though I didn’t compare prices with competitors to get a full sense of the market. Would I recommend it? Yes, absolutely.
