Ferris and his team are helpful, responsive, and genuinely care about their clients. The 24/7 access is extremely convenient, and knowing our belongings are stored in an all-indoor, fully climate-controlled facility gives us peace of mind. The location is also very convenient to downtown. We really appreciate the service Ferris and his team provide and would happily recommend this location.
