The salesperson was fair to deal with but somewhat pushy and the delivery people were good.
My only concern was the fact that I had asked for a delivery after 4:30 when I got home from work. If I hadn’t been off at 11:30 this morning, there would’ve been nobody here to accept the delivery. Very disappointed with the sales person Who had stated she would ensure the delivery was the last one of the day.

The service in store was excellent, however, the delivery left something to be desired. The warehouse person misloaded the order and instead of being first we were last. When we had other commitments that day it was very hard to change the times of the other appointments.

I would like to share how happy I was with the service provided by Raman today at The Brick.
I purchased a mattress and a box spring for my parents, who do not speak English very well, and Raman was absolutely exceptional. He was kind, patient, respectful, and very professional throughout the entire process.
We visited several different stores to compare the same products, including Jysk, Surplus Furniture, and Leon’s. The prices were very similar everywhere, but what truly brought us back to The Brick was Raman’s outstanding customer service and kindness.
Thank you, Raman, for making this experience so comfortable and positive for my parents and me. Excellent service like yours really makes a difference!

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
