- JNJade Nuber1 day ago5.0Rajkumar provided the exact level of service I like! Happy to let us browse alone, and supportive and informative when we were ready for help. My biggest issue was with the delivery service (which I'm aware isn't affiliated with The Brick necessarily). They showed up an hour before the beginning of the expected delivery window. I was on my way home from work when they showed up, because I worried they'd be early (didn't expect an hour early...) I was lucky enough there was someone home at the time, as there wasn't meant to be and if I wasn't able to get off work as early as I did we would have missed the delivery... Other than the incredibly early delivery, the delivery people were friendly, helpful, and quick!

Mike Bosch was very helpful patient and accommodating throughout the process. He took the time to show me the different mattresses and adjustable bed options available and encouraged me to try them out for myself. He allowed me to lie down on the various mattresses, so I could compare their comfort and support and get a better idea of what would work best for me. I really appreciated that he never made me feel rushed or pressured and gave me the time I needed to make an informed decision. Mike’s friendly attitude, knowledge, and excellent customer service made the whole shopping experience, enjoyable, and stress-free. Thank you Mike for your understanding and patience.

- MRMazhar RathoreSep 28, 20261.0Very disappointing experience with The Brick’s extended warranty. Don’t buy the extended warranty based on the salesperson’s verbal promises. I purchased it for my white sofa after being told that stains would be removed. When I later made a claim, I was told that cleaning was not covered and that the warranty only applies under certain conditions. I was also told at purchase that if I never made a claim, the warranty amount would be refunded. Now I’m being told I have to visit a store, make a purchase of over $400, and only then could the refund potentially be applied if approved. When I questioned the difference between what I was told and what I’m being told now, the response was that it was probably a “misunderstanding” because the purchase was almost two years ago. Very frustrating experience. Make sure you get everything in writing before paying for an extended warranty.

Absolutely. If you find the same brand and model currently advertised at a lower price by The Brick or a competitor within 30 days of pick up or delivery, then we'll refund you the difference. Some conditions apply. Check the Price Guarantee page on our website for full details.
Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

How do I add an extended warranty to my product?
An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
