Your patience and professionalism helped so much make us feel comfortable taking our time to make decisions so many choices in both purchases. We also dealt with gentleman when purchasing the couch that was very helpful. Thanks Thunder Bay Brick for helping us update our living room.

    My fiancè and I were finally ready to buy a couch and decided to start with the Brick in our browsing hunt as we had purchased great furniture there in the past. Jessica was really warm and quick in her approach, laying out the store in terms of what we were looking for and giving us plenty of time to shop on our own. She followed up with us at the end and was happy to discuss everything from fabric, to layout, to design and gave us some print ups of our couch to look over. When we returned a few days later Jessica unfortunately wasn’t in, but Mike was extremely helpful in completing our purchase. He gave us time to make our final decision and was fantastic in answering all of our questions about warranties, delivery, and more. He was nice to chat with and assured us the sale would be split with Jessica (which it was!) Such a great team to work with and would certainly purchase from this location again. Already looking forward to our new couch arriving!

    Reclining sofa quit working after 3 months. Very difficult to put an online claim in and took customer service four attempts. Buy the time the repairman showed up 4 months after claim the cushions were sacked out. A new switch was ordered three months later from China coming by boat I was told. I had bought the extended warranty which to my surprise didn’t cover the cushions flattening out the opposite of what I was told when purchasing. Four months went by and apparently the boat had not arrived the with switch so I sourced one online delivered in three weeks from China. A few days later the switch from the brick arrived. Turns out it was not only the switch malfunction but the motor on the same side was defective. The manager refused to give me a partial refund so I could order a motor that didn’t take four months to arrive my boat. I received an instore credit and purchased a table. It arrived from Winnipeg for pickup. I opened the door of the loading dock and was greeted with an overwhelming smell of body oder. The box containing the table was too big to fit in my car so I asked if they had a knife to remove it so it would fit which they didn’t have one. I will never spend another penny at the brick.
